Trump keeps making that claim and it's catnip to his intellectually challenged followers.

Why would Trump need the Presidential salary? Chicken feed.
Look at all the millions he's making from cryptocurrency, people paying for access.
Guess they don't mention that on Newsmax.

No man that statement is an insult to people’s intelligence and people’s time. It’s patently false. You’ve broken nothing but my opinion of you and it was already somewhat low.

I will say once again the 2 party system in this country has broken people. To resort to people supporting like H Clinton and Donald Trump is disgusting.

Regarding what you think about me no longer posting here. I think being in the presence less often even if online of posters like Tinman. I think that’s a good thing. Take care ;)

Yeah, but if you extrapolate the salary over his 12 year term, it really adds up!

    GOOD DAY

Tanking the American economy to help Boeing sell $10B in airplanes? I wonder how much Boeing contributed to the Trump campaign.

REPORTER: But we're seeing as a result that ports here in the US, the traffic has really slowed and now thousands of dockworkers are truck drivers are worried about their jobs
TRUMP: That means we lose less money ... when you say it slowed down, that's a good thing, not a bad thing

    When
I'm wondering how "It's good a good thing, not a bad thing, when we lose jobs" is going to play as a political strategy.

I'm willing to bet even wily old Donald Trump is going to be repercussed here.

    Trump lies again.

Inasmuch as the US has enjoyed a trade surplus with the UK, It's a fake trade deal

Trump announces a UK "trade deal" about nothing

LOL, @El_Conquistador is so far down that MAGA rabbit hole he can't be reasoned with logically about anything Trump says or does.

LOL. What are you winning exactly? Backtracking on all that tough talk? Trump caved like a little b itch once the stock market started falling and retailers told him to expect some empty shelves in a few weeks.

That iron dome won't be over your home. My guess would be domes over all Trump properties and resorts first, and anywhere else he spends most of his time.

If you want to spend $2,470 trillion to cover the US against only relatively small and slow weapons, not incoming ICBMs, then you should never be cheering on Doge gutting medical researchers, scientists, and firing thousands of workers that actually save lives here and around the world.

Doge is saving like a half cent compared to that iron dome idea. Where would that money even come from? It certainly won't come from taking away necessities, jobs, or tax breaks from the billionaires like Trump and Musk. Maybe Trump should just stop provoking and threatening everyone and pumping his fist as the almighty, if he doesn't want countries retaliating against us with violence.
