Hammy injuries are much trickier than that. The way Steph needs to move to make the Warriors offense work, he can't have those hammy's not working correctly. If he plays to early he is just going to risk further injury.

I hope so, i'd love him to miss the series or even better never see him again, but you gotta be realistic. It's the most minor version of the injury, so he might miss a couple games but game 5 would be the absolute latest.

Even if he comes back, more than likely he'll reinjure it again. Or at very minimum he won't be able to play with full intensity. So yea he's out, or you'll get 40% Curry

If their intention is to contend for a Game 7 then yeah he should suit up and risk it for better players in Free agency.....

If not then just rest up and risk elimination. All the same to us.

The hope would be that he comes back, injures it worse, and they lose anyway. That'd be ideal.

A grade 1 is typically a week at least, he’s old, never had one and his game revolves around constant movement.

Timberwolves should be thanking the Rockets for softening the Warriors up for them.

    Get a job pls.

rooting for a rival to be injured when you don’t even stand to benefit from it is weird energy.

You just don't wish any player an injury if you're true fan of the sport. Thats crossing the line, regardless of how most of us (Rockets fan) despise him or the Warriors.

They owned us for years n thats it, we owned Utah for years but they've managed to beat us, we've never managed to beat the Warriors. Life goes on.

Not that I am rooting for warriors, but if they want to advance then they will want to hope that Steph returns in Game 5 and they win 1 out of next 3 without Steph. Based on how Game 1 went, I think it is doable but it wont be easy.

I think the Wolves are about to show us just how putrid the Lakers really were.

I'm grateful Finch is calling out the offensive line play by GS on the glass, sending a tape to the NBA office. What the Warriors do wouldn't be allowed by the association on the gridiron. It's called holding.

Finch should pull out an iPad and review those plays with a telestrator during a designated news conference. Take 15 minutes, be very deliberate and well-spoken, go slow, and use arrows and circles. I'm sure the league would fine someone immensely for breaking down those plays via the John Madden treatment, but someone has to retake control of the paint.

If this doesn't become a point of emphasis next season, the league will continue to spiral. Post-play has become a joke, with flops and the inability of guys to operate without being mugged, to say nothing of the overall drop in skill of offensive players who convert open looks.

But the NBA preaches freedom of movement, so Adam Silver, it's time to clean up the glass and give big men a chance to impact the game.

Kerr's smug ass actually looked offended when the reporter mentioned that Finch sent in tape. "...as always we'll send in tape too." like Finch stole his tactic or something. He's still thinking about the Rockets too. Felt the need to re-quote Udoka's "they can't call everything" and mentioned how physical the Rockets defense was. Good coach but an unbearable and entitled prick.

Exactly I think Curry's injury most likely has to do with the high intensity defense from the rockets
