They're definitely not going to say anything like "we need to make changes".

The goals for the season were achieved with flying colors, it'll be a victory lap (which is fair IMO). If anything, they'll say that they believe in this group and in continuity and plan on bringing everyone back next year, because we're on track to be a championship team when everyone is in their prime.

(whether or not they believe the last part is true, this is what they'll say in the press conference - it's what you have to say in this situation either way).

YES! Then and now but BKN said no then and probably would again. JG is overrated by many on CF.net.

Well 1) We know Jalen wasn't healthy. He did play all 82 for 2 years so I'd imagine he needs rest like the other starters got and 2) Ime's offense needs work given there was absolutely no spacing for Jalen to cook

If hes traded I'd be open to a Ja or Booker swap but for the most part we need to keep Jalen and open the offense up

Don't you like the results you've seen since Harden quit?

Honestly if I'm Jabari, I don't want an extension here. The role and the minutes simply won't be available due to Ime's love of Dillon Brooks.

It's far better for his career to go elsewhere and find a team with more friendly coaching.

Sounds like they're just running it back next year.

    Cool. Cool.

Main takeaways if you didn't watch:

    - Continuity is plan A; Stone + Tilman have a lot of belief in this group, want to win with these players
    - Plan is to bring back FVV and Steven Adams, and extend Tari and Jabari
    - Expectation is every young player is better next year because they'll be 1 year older. our team should be better as a result
    - Any major changes are unlikely, continuity is "very, very likely"
    - We're trying to compete for as long as possible (i.e., we aren't in win now mode, not interested in shortening our window at all)

    Basically as expected.

If that is your opinion based on what he has done, that's fine. But to come to that opinion based on what he says to the media is a flawed way to view Stone. Stone is a lawyer and sees no value in telling the media the truth while team building. He does not want to give anyone an advantage, whether it is an agent or an opposing GM.
