I remember when Kerr tried hack an Adams and Ime took Adams out and it cost us the game. Same thing here Rox went away from the double coverage and Curry went from 0 to 20.

 

I’m not the biggest fan of Devin Booker, but a bad series for him would be averaging 23-24 ppg

the lowest he’s ever averaged in a playoff series is 23 ppg

we would kill if Jalen gave us that sort of production…hell, if Jalen averaged just 20 ppg this series, we would’ve been playing game 1 against Minnesota today

 

LaMelo Ball is a Great Passer and Great in Fast Breaks. Something the Rockets are a Disaster in. Fred VanVleet wanting to Pull back and slow down ruins the Team Tempo.

 

Devin Booker would be raining jumpers if the Warriors played that zone.

 

what was so curious was his complete refusal to show any kind of aggressiveness. The fact that the warriors started doubling him should have opened up shots for everyone else, but he just wasted clocked dribbling and passed off.

today on several occasions he had an angle to drive and he just hesitated and swung the ball outside the perimeter. Infuriating and I don’t think age is a very good excuse for all that

I think LeMelo is just a PG version of Jalen.

He's definitely more talented but I don't trust him to play championship level basketball.

 

Too late at this point though, he had 33 points, if you're getting 33 points from a role player a bench player you're going to win that game. Curry was bricking open shots in the first half and Hield played that role and its why we lost this game.

We lost because Hield had 33 points. If Hield had his regular 11 points we win going away.

Rockets need a PG

 

Ime needs to go full Gary Kubiak in the presser and say it's on him and he needs to coach better.

 

LaMelo Ball has a Higher IQ, Takes over games, can create on Iso, Crossover and shoot easily. Finds open shooters easily for Assists, has excellent Height 6'6 seeing over defenders when passing the Ball.

LaMelo Ball solves most weaknesses. LaMelo is Big Time Closer in the 4th Quarter.

 

Actually, if you take away his 38 point performance and have him ACTUALLY average 15 every game, im pretty sure we are taking on Minesota.

 

I'll never forgive Jalen for making Devin Booker the better option.

 

He got 8/9 and finished 8/10 from 3. Ime was guarding a ghost at that point he shouldnt have taken the bait and removed the net on Curry.

I told you we shouldnt stop the net coverage on Curry and I was right. Who the F is Buddy Hield? We really loosened the clamps on Curry for Buddy freaking Hield who didnt do anything after the half smh.

I don’t see how he can recover from this…he’s on that prison food diet for sure from now on: straight up government cheese and mystery meatloaf with no drink

 

I don’t even want to play them again. I genuinely, with every fiber of my being, don’t care if the rockets are the one seed with 70 wins and half the nba all star team on the roster and Steph is 48 playing with 10 high school kids. I don’t want to see it. I don’t even want revenge at this point, that opportunity has long passed us up. Nothing will ever serve as retribution for the soul crushing experience it has been watching the rockets against that garbage franchise for the past decade.

Heck, Korver is probably better.

Eason is still young but has shown he can be a good 2 way player... maybe a young Trevor Ariza.... just needs more discipline....
