Also, for all the people that say Sengun doesn't have haters, literally all of these things were said by various posters the last couple of weeks. Bunch of clowns, blaming it on real Rockets fans by saying they are Turkish or mental, just because their awful takes get called out.
Speaking of haters, my condolonces to RocketsWatch regular "daboio" "Big-O". Dude must be devastated having to watch Sengun leading his team in points, rebounds, assists and steals in the playoffs.
Nah, I've seen way too many wackadoodle Turkish fans at this point, sorry. I stand 100% wholeheartedly behind my original statement. Tbh, your butthurt little post convinces me further.
Oh yeah, all those wackadoodle Turkish fans who thought playing Bruno Fernando over Alperen Sengun is not a good idea. Sure, you're entitled to your stupid opinion, but that still doesn't change the fact that Alperen Sengun has been the best player of the Rockets for 3 straight years.
You weren't here when the Bruno Fernando stuff was going on, or are you exposing yourself as an alt account? Yeah like I say, wackadoodle Turkish fans, like you.
You do know that you don't have to register to read threads, right? As I said, likes of you were calling Sengun believers wackadoodles because they thought Sengun is a superior player than Bruno Fernando, and KPJ. Whatever, some of you have come a long way from "Sengun is not a starter" to "Sengun is not a superstar" over the years, so I'll just let you hold on to it for now and continue enjoying your misery, lol.
just ignore JOFs working overtime before game 7 to attack Rockets' franchise player fans they don't hate Sengun, they hate that their idol is being relagated from numero uno to solid role player/good defender/non negative player
Aaah, nothing like moving goal posts yet again. Gotta love it, Senhaters justifying their bad takes. Now their bad takes are just "understandable" and "playing the odds". Got it. Will love the day we actually get any of the haters to admit, Sengun is already an all-star level player at 22 years old, with room to grow btw, and that they were just simply wrong.
GS geared their whole defensive scheme around stopping Jalen & nobody else. Thats not something they'd do for just a role player. Plus he lead the team with a +20 last game despite not shooting well. If the Warriors are basing their defense around Jalen then its only right others step up.
I was today year's old when I learnt a team's defensive scheme (of a team including Jimmy Butler, Draymond Green and Gary Payton II) was to put Steph Curry on the opposition's player to neutralize him. I must've fallen asleep for a decade and missed Curry's ascension to the Thompson Twin's Mountaintop of defensive excellence. You either haven't watched a single game. Or you've watched the games and have absolutely no idea how to understand what's happening on the court. Or you're so headstrong you say utterly ridiculous things instead of just admitting your hero is just not that good a player, and as in year one, and year two, and year three, and in the regular season of year 4, the player drafted behind your hero in the same draft, has shown time and time again he's world's above your hero. We know which one is right, but all options are just as embarrassing as each other.
Are you confusing me with someone else? Look at my comment and look which comment I responded to. No comments of which to move the goal post. To summarize, I said when developing a team, it's understandable that many people desire a lob/defensive center -- it's traditional and safe. I said it was understandable TWO YEARS go, before you knew if Alpi was just a really talented player or if he would actually transform that talent into all star performance consistently. Not sure why that upsets you or gives you the impression of negativity towards Sengun...
Luckily we got the better Mobley for free, Stevo. Saying that, Mobley would be what we want Jabari to be next to Sengun.
Problem is they likely do not make the OKC trade that landed us Alpi if they selected a center with the #2 pick. I agree they would be awesome playing together.
