I hope Van Vleet doesn't feel he needs to be the second coming of Michael Jordan... Jalen Green needs to step up.
You articulated my thoughts so well with this post. It worries me sometimes how much venom I can conjure up when we're playing the warriors haha. I got so drunk last night and I don't even drink, I'm so happy we actually won, I was preparing myself all day for a crushing defeat.
I’m not holding my breath lol but I think GS realizes that doubling and blitzing Jalen isn’t gonna work with Fred, Alpi, and Amen firing on all cylinders now and will chill a little more on Jalen. Hopefully he capitalizes on it
Curry was dunking with that hand the other day in warm ups. If you’ve played basketball before, you know if you have a hurt thumb you don’t try to dunk. I’m not really buying it lol at least not to the point that it’s impacting his game anyway. Otherwise, you wouldn’t be dunking in warmups.
He said it himself. It is not impacting his game. You can be guaranteed they are shooting that thumb up before every game. It is our defense that is bothering him.
Must admit to being VERY nervous, and telling myself to expect a loss. That said, a win would be AMAZING.
I could have easily wrote this entire paragraph my self and meant every word. It’s kinda messed up I’m actually considering going to sleep early and checking the score in the morning and if they won then I can spend hours rewatching and following up on everything… but if they lose lol I can just click out and try to ignore it for a day or two so that it doesn’t impact me as much. It takes a serious toll man and not sure I’m ready for another heartbreak lol.
