I'd like to see if the Rockets can raise their intensity on D without fouling. I'm thinking especially of contesting passing lanes and being connected. Curry and others do lob the ball out of some of the double teams. If everyone is glued in, we can get to those errant passes.

 

the offense is shakey, but I saw Jalen playing some good defense and rebounding.

 

Yeah, imagine having a SG that can hit more than 25% of his field goals in a clutch game. I think we are better off with Jalen on the bench.

 

Ridiculous how he gets these calls--Harden never did. Guess it's okay to be a FT merchant if you don't play for Houston

 

He sees Draymond and settles for that push shot or a fade shot and it’s driving me mad.. if you not going to score just drive and kick it to Amen

 

Jabari and Jalen haven't adjusted to the Warriors using their footwork to crowd their favorite lanes. It is something you could see on film but probably cannot adjust to until working on it in a off season. It is part of working on the deceleration and taking the space they give you. Even Amen has felt victim to it.

Alperen has to put more on those shots inside 10 feet. It would even be better he shot them too strong and tried for the bank rather than short arming them.

 

Agreed, if he's on the court that's what needs to happen.

It should be a mute point though because he shouldn't see the court this half.

Really liked Richard Jefferson calling out Jalen's lack of aggression on that fast break. It' s not looking for Jalen having another good game in this series.

 

We built that 11 point lead with Jalen on the bench. Then he comes in, misses a wide open three and gives up one to Moody. Immediate 6 point swing for the warriors.

This series has convinced me that Sengun NEEDS to develop a three point shot.

Like 35% ish.

His inside scoring isn't so dominant that he demands a double team every time.
