If any of what you wrote is true, Garcia is a criminal and deserves to be deported. This is up to the courts to decide ... and should be a slam dunk, if any of what you wrote is true.

Not one tear will be shed here, if the courts deports Garcia for cause. Not one.

Now deporting Garcia for a life term prison sentence in Cecot is another question. Most here might see that as a bit extreme for wife beating or for being a gang banger or whatever else you can come up with ... short of murder or sex with a child.

Imagine thinking someone can enter this country illegally, traffick people, beat his wife, avoid deportation and then when caught with members of ms13 they still need to get even more due process before getting deported to his home country.
