So 100% should’ve counted, good. In any case I don’t want these types of plays to come down to a freaking fingertip. In real life it was in the basket before the buzzer went off. Case closed.

And yes Harden with the ultimate performance in a pivotal game. Let’s see how he comes out in game 6.

It's like clockwork. It was too much seeing James be an absolute nightmare during the regular season and early games of the playoffs only to see him not show up when you really ****ing needed him. I'm glad I don't have to deal with that rollercoaster anymore, even though it was the most fun I had as a Rockets fan (I was 7 during the championship years, so wasn't as dedicated as I am now).

I forgot how old I was but fandom as a kid was pretty awesome, flat out enjoy and no real sorrows.

    Early teenager probably.

I agree. I rarely watched games those times though, so as much fun as I had in those days, I definitely don't feel I actually got to enjoy a championship. The 1st real season that I started following the Rockets was in 1995 - 1996 when they switched over to the clown suits.

Harden usually falls apart in the second half of extended series. That Aaron Gordon putback gamewinner may have ended the Clippers season.

I said it's a toss up. That very next frame might have missed the start of the shot clock light.

BUT, if that's all you have to work with, then you can't overturn the call.

EDIT: Actually, here is a frame that captures the start of the shot clock going off (see how the light is moving up). From this frame, the ball was still above the cylinder, so I think his finger was still on it.

This is the wrong angle. There is a shot facing Gordon that is more definitive.

The one I responded to? That frame didn't capture the start of the shot clock going off.

Sorry I missed that. I believe the one you responded is the shot.

Again, it's quite clear that when the clock went off, the hands were still touching the ball but the ball was already in the basket. So the key is which takes precedence, the hands or the basket. Since they did not overrule the call after review, they apparently take the "in basket" side.

I assume that if it's in the Rule Book, someone would have already mentioned it. With so much dunking in the NBA, you would expect that this kind of things would be stated more clearly in the rules.

You could over complicate these series. It usually comes down to the best players. The Clippers seemed so much better when Kawhi and Harden were playing great and Jokic and Murray weren't. The Nuggets seem so much better now that the turn tables have turned. o_O

Maybe Kawhi is breaking down a bit and Harden is doing his usual closeout game routine. Maybe Jokic and Murray have figured out the Clippers defense. I'd like to see the series get back to being competitive. Kawhi and Harden need to wake up though.

About Harden, if there were players under mind control, wouldn't he be a prime candidate? Dude has his switch flipped off around the same time like clockwork.

I don’t care if he returns to his mvp form, I still don’t want to deal with his playoffs bullshit. Therefore, I am ok

must be nice when your home team gets eliminated from the playoffs and then the next day your other home team is still playing.

I must say . . .. I'm feeling some kind of way that Westbrooks is shooting 3s better than our whole team
