GSW’s going to come out swinging, no doubt. We just need to weather the storm and stay composed in those first 5–6 minutes. Even if we’re trailing for most of the game, as long as we keep it within single digits heading into the fourth, I like our chances.

Cool reference. I just realized that outcome of games 1-5 has followed exactly that 2015 series: LWLLW
There is a difference though: in 2015 the Clippers were CLEARLY the better team in the first 5 games, then they just choked. Vintage Doc Rivers collapse.

GSW in 2025 is not as good as LAC in 2015, but also they won’t beat themselves . We have to beat them.

Getting out of the first round would be a MASSIVE win. I'd be so psyched about next season. Gotta be at these playoffs.

 

Just my opinion. I believe that GSW have already given their best shot and played their best against the Rockets in games 1, 3, and 4. The Rockets beat themselves in game 4 and won handily in game 5. The only things that will make the Rockets lose are their free throws, and, lack of focus, and execution down the stretch. They have taken the best punch from their opponents and there is nothing more GSW can do than they already have. My point is this game is really up to the Rockets to lose. Ime should have everyone practice free throws during shootarounds and practices. That was the decisive factor in all their games, so far.
