Not an Ime kind of guy. Bol Bol got into Budenholzer’s doghouse because he didn’t have his guys’ back during a fight. Supposedly he was just shooting layups while the other Suns were throwing down.

 

This can be interpreted that he’s always working on his game and can’t be distracted

 

to be clear, I’m talking about the #1 offensive weapon. I still believe Amen can become our best player. But probably not our “closer”. I think your closet has to be a great shooter and scorer. But your best player to me includes being a 2-way player. The exception would be someone like Jokic or Doncic, who are two of the best offensive players I’ve ever seen. But make no mistake, I am bought into Amen as our future…just not as our #1 offensive option.

 

That's fair. I think even then, there's a chance Amen can do that... it depends on where his shooting peaks. I guess being a "good enough" shooter to be a #1 scoring option would be a fairly low-percentage outcome though.
