Realistically anyone on the team is at least on the table for, say, a top 5 player in his prime. But I voted for everyone but Amen and Sengun because those are the last two guys I would include in any deal after trying every single other combination.

Totally agree. Unless your roster includes Michael Jordan, as GM it's your job to explore any and all opportunities.

    For me

Assuming we pick up VanVleet's team option

    Untouchables:
    Thompson
    Smith
    Sheppard
    Eason

    For the right offer:
    Sengun - For Giannis only
Green - For Booker or KD
    Brooks

    Probably getting traded :

    Whitmore
    Vanvleet - Salary filler

Cam & the draft pick. And only because we know Ime ain't playing them next year either.
What can that get us? It's more than what SA gave for Fox.

I don't want to think of Nico Harrison again, ever.

Nobody is untradeable in this group.

Amen and Sengun are a reliable jumper away from true stardom so they would be at the bottom of my tradelist, but not untouchable. Reeds upside versus value is probably not great right now, so giving him away for peanuts isn't something I would like either.

Jalen I would like gone outright, Eason is an awesome role player but not a core member of anything. Cam is directionless talent we see fall out of the league all the time

Jabari, his potential for explosion in a better system concerns me, but again I see no superstar potential.

Nobody is untradeable, but getting rid of some of them is more desirable than getting rid of others.

If you can flip Jalen for something actually valuable, you do it in a heartbeat.

Guys like Amen or Sengun, you better have some kind of amazing offer to even consider them.

We sure could use a "Jim Halpert" this offseason....

    FOR THE RIGHT PRICE,
NONE OF THE CORE SEVEN IS UNTOUCHABLE!!

    In subsequent trading order:
    1.) Jalen Green
    2.) Cam Whitmore
    3.) Tari Eason
    4.) Reed Sheppard
    5.) Jabari Smith
    6.) Alperen Sengun
    7.) Amen Thompson

I have Cam at #2 because I honestly don't think he will ever get a legit chance here under Udoka with his lack of defense and his I/ME mentality. He's a gun-slinger that's for sure. If he's traded and starts playing average defense we are all going to regret it! That's a YUGE IF though...

    Go Rockets!!!

This. I'm not sure why so many are ready to blow it up. Especially when you consider a large majority of us would've been happy making the play-in back in October. They've overachieved to an extent...but to blow it up by trading th young core would be short sighted and put us right back to last year. Maybe a 41-41 team.

I don't make any decisions until we know where that pick falls. If it's 9, I packaged it in a trade but not for mulitple young pieces.

If we could get Booker AND Giannis I would give up Jalen, Cam, Tari or Jabari and all the first rounders.

I voted Jalen and Cam although I would not trade for the sake of trading. Only trade them if we get something back that makes the team better over the long haul not for the over 35 year old KD.

Eason untouchable? God no. I like Eason but he’s not close to being untouchable. Him and Jalen can be the first ones to go for the right offer.

There isn't a single player on this roster that is untouchable. Now obviously if you can add a legit superstar while keeping Amen and Sengun, you do it 10/10 times. But at the end of the day, this team has enough assets to go after 2 bona fide stars if Stone can get the negotiations right, and value his resources accordingly. But FVV, Dillon, Jalen, Cam, Reed + all the picks is a decent enough trove to entice someone into making a deal I think.

I don’t believe in the term “untouchable,” but I can’t imagine a team giving up what I’d want for Amen. Sengun — only for a superstar. Green, Bari, and Tari — only for a major upgrade (likely top 25 guy under 30).

There probably not in any hurry to break this core up, i mean they made the playoffs. And its
young team, with a players coach. Whats the point?

They probably could use draft picks and FVV contract if they felt they needed someone to come in and be that guy, i mean they have enough first. Like i said Trae Young would be ideal.

I'll state the boring answer and just say it all depends on who we are trading, but if I were to pick one player that I'd try my hardest to keep it's Amen.

That said, a direction would be great ....
    1. Offense - Restructuring of Udoka's staff, assistants
    2. Re-structuring of the bench ..... Guys like Uncle, Tate, Landale should find themselves a new home, long overdue
    3. Possible star player
    4. Key shooters
    5. Talk to Cam Whitmore about his role - if not- then tell him to showcase himself
