You say this though, but literally Sengun is the only other person who's had anything resembling a superstar performance. Jalen's had tons of them, that's probably why they've given him more run, but we may just have to accept that Bari/Tari/Cam/Amen don't actually have it in them. Just for reference, Green had more "huge" performances in his first year parks in the corner with KPJ and Wood than the rest of them have had in their entire careers combined. They can only beat him if you add Alpi in, and they'd still only beat his Rookie season.

They can prove with this matchup that they belong in the Playoffs like the Timberwolves who have made a monumental trade and are still competitive.

Always in disarray about ownership changes, a good team.

Michael Jordan didn't get out of the first round until he was age 25.

    Age 22 (1-3) Bucks
    Age 23 (0-3) Celtics
    Age 24 (0-3) Celtics

    Broke through at age 25

We can twist it any way one wants to, MJ finally got better help or MJ finally matured
and helped his teammates. The age of 25 remains the same. And yes I know MJ went
    3 years of college.

I didn't count Sengun because he's already pretty much there as in being a consistent offensive option. He consistently gets his numbers and really its more about him fine tuning his game and tightening it up. Like Sengun only has bad games because he's off, which happens, or because the team just went elsewhere for that game. So I wasn't putting Sengun in there but the question is....

Is Sengun a Batman? I haven't seen that yet. If he was, he'd destroy Green like Jokic or AD does, but he's not there...yet...and he struggles quite frankly against guys he can't back down so either he has to get stronger or he has to find a counter to it. I do think he's already a good Robin on a team and he's young, he can fine tune a hook shot or something and then move away from being 'Baby Jokic' into just "Sengun"

But I don't think those guys have had a shot at being a main option, go to guy. Jabari just gets open shots and lately he's been hitting them and Cam don't play at all to actually evaluate him. Now, you can say he doesn't play because Ime sees him in practice and has deemed he's not good enough...but we'll see. There are A LOT of guys that break out on another team because the first team didn't know how to use them and I feel like this is where Cam and Bari are at.

I still think if Harden was here Bari would look like an all-star, Harden had actual NBA scrubs like Christian Wood look like good players. It really is too bad we passed on Harden.

Hakeem couldn't win for a decade or so, until he did.

I'm ready to leave the JG fan club.

Will the Rockets trade their lottery pick plus JG for Booker? I think the Suns say yes, but would we?

    3-8 FG
    1-5 3PT
    1-3 FT
    1 assist
    5 turnovers
    8 points

That is absolutely brutal stuff. A solid 15 points and limiting turnovers to 2 or 3 max is not a big ask IMO. If he would’ve done that it would’ve been a win for us. That combined with NOT shooting 61% from the FT line and we would’ve won by double digits.

Feel like we definitely should’ve got Cam some minutes in game 3 and especially in game 4.

Anyways JG will prob have a good to great game 5 but it will be too little too late.

Jordan was ROY and an all-star his rookie year. He didn't make it past the first round because he was going up against stacked veteran teams and had no help and Jordan was averaging 37 points at 23 and was an MVP the year after.

There is no way to twist it, Jordan needed help, got it, then went on to win championships.

It should be stated guys like Jordan, Lebron...Wemby...these are exceptions, these guys come into the NBA and dominate. Most players to get into their prime at 25, so Jalen does have that going for him. But Jordan is the wrong guy to mention, you could have put Jalen Brunson in there or hell Curry.

Curry wasn't much at 23, an of injured player that could hit a few threes. Nash didn't hit his prime until 27.

So you do make a good point but Jordan is not the guy you want to throw in there for that.

But there should be a leap of maturity for Jalen next year if he's here. Signs of growth. While Jalen definitely has improved his playmaking and defense, we didn't draft him for that quite frankly.

Lots of people on this forum don’t want to hear it. You critique Jalen and it’s like you spit on a nun.

Jalen just doesn’t have it. Before the playoffs everyone me included thought Jalen would be the one who shows up. He talks all that **** to Draymond and comes up scoring 8 points.

70M for Booker is too much IMO. I really can't digest that.

This is because when he’s off, we spend the whole game trying to get him going. He won’t get benched because of politics, and yeah, also because he’s the only guy who can create besides Sengun, but that’s mitigated by his lackluster shooting most times.

He just needs to either accept a smaller role, or Udoka needs to be tighter with his leash. The sunk cost fallacy needs to stop.

You can’t win if an ‘average’ guy is taking the most shots by far almost every game - but folks are right, this is an Ime problem to fix.

    Simple
    Curry >>> FVV
    Butler >> Brooks
    Draymond > Amen
    Post / Moody / Hield << Sengun
    Warriors bench < Rockets bench
    Kerr > Udoka

Rockets other dudes just arent as good as Warriors's dudes. Thats why Rockets lose without Jalen

Rockets advantages arent enough to offset the totally of Warriors advantages

How did Draymond Green not get kicked out of the game last night? NBA is determine to let him do anything he wants to do. He is dirty

Bari only played 22 minutes and had two 3 point attempts. I don’t understand underutilizing one of our best shooters through 4 games against golden state. I get that Bari isn’t perfect or the answer to all our problems, but I don’t understand. He’s been playing well.
