ClutchFans Game Thread: Rockets @ Warriors 4/28/2025 (Playoffs Round 1, Game 4)

Well I’m going to be angry for the next couple hours.

Finally a fairly decently called games but the refs find a way to help the warriors when it counts.

 

story of the game:

donkey fouled out 9 times tonight but somehow stayed on the floor and udoka-kerr was the most lopsided matchup

 

We are a Kevin Durant away from a championship

 

It was inevitable

 

This is a sweep if...
1. Jalen Green is average for 4 games.
2. Rockets make their FTs.

 

I guess there is always next year. It’s pretty evident that 1) Jalen is a fairy and 2) Ime has zero offense capability.

Having said that, this series is far from over if the rockets can continue this defensive intensity without wearing themselves out.

Who am I kidding, we should be focusing on getting Durant.. am I doing it right?

Another 3 hours wasted watching this team blow a lead

 

They took a commercial break to figure out a way to keep Draymond in the game before the first half ended.

Let that sink in…

 

Jalen Green called out for painting his nails, gets all sensitive on the court, and plays even worse the next game. Don't want to hear anything else about him. He shouldn't start next season if he's still on the team. Groom him for the 6th man role he's destined to become

in a game we lost by 3 points, we went 19-31 from the line

u simply can’t win or be taken seriously shooting this bad as a team

 

7,8 and 9 pts. in 3

of the 4 games by JG. Ime drew up a big turd on rotations ....we have players now but we don't have a really good coach ...hard headed and dtermined to play his starters regardless of performance.

 

Honestly screw this team for losing in the way that they are. I am disappointed to no end. I will be pissed if there's not something meaningful that happens in the off season

For all those blaming Alpi, who played better. He wasn't afraid of the moment, went against multiple times DPOY. Whatever. I hate this feeling it sucks but it's not Alpis fault.

Jalen Green either needs to go or go to the bench and prove himself as a pure scorer. He is not a good basketball player he is a freak athlete who can make some plays.

So frustrating. It's great to relive the feelings from 7 years ago or whenever the last excruciating playoff losses to the warriors were.

I was super against trading for Booker but my gosh there is no way we can win with Jalen in the playoffs as our top scorer.

 

Still in disbelief they gave the technical to Eason instead. We'll no I'm not

 

I'm not blaming the refs for that stupid **** bro I'm sorry. He has no reason to just be feeling up the dude holding the ball for no reason. That's just asking for trouble and a 0 IQ play

 

Heartbreaking loss. I was having a very tough day and was hoping a win would bring me some joy.
