ClutchFans Game Thread: Rockets @ Warriors 4/28/2025 (Playoffs Round 1, Game 4)

I dont wanna hear **** else about jalen green. If they don't get rid of him, they aren't serious about winning anything. He's trash. It just had to be the ****ing warriors.

 

Jalen has to be better in a big game like this. He only played 24 minutes because he wasn't getting it done. Alpi WAS getting it done, but I don't like it when he doesn't go hard to the rim. His touch is basically gone, for whatever reason.

We did a good enough job on Curry and Butler, but Podzjiemski killed us--and Hield, to a lesser extent. Ugh. This sucks.

We let FVV down with this one. He did his best to get us a W.

 

Free throw shooting. It will improve with maturity... and without Jalen Green in the starting lineup.

 

Can our young boys come back?

No.

 

Yes, I'm complaining. All the Butler flops rewarded, all the Draymond fouls ignored, all the touch fouls the Warriors got, the denied continuations and the uncalled fouls on Rockets drive all added up to make it impossible for the good guys.

The fact we still had a chance is remarkable

Sorry, but FVV should’ve passed to Brooks on that drive he got blocked and Sengun against Draymond 1-on-1 like that was bound to fail. L execution!

 

Jalen Green is soft.

 

FVV should of taken that shot instead of Sengun

This is tough to take. We needed this one.

 

Udoka succesfully threw the game with his dumbass Jabari at 5 lineup in the 3rd, and subbing Adams out in the 4th.

How difficult can it be to play Jabari-Sengun-Adams lineup as long as possible?

Yeah we got to get another star for moments like that. Those sengun last possesion shots jsut won’t suffice

It comes down to free throws. This team suck all year at the free throw line. Need a new shoot coach this off season. Jabari kill the Rockets with the bone headed plays at the end. Green so inconsistent. Tari always has some stupid fouls. Brooks foul was on the ref. This is painful to watch. Even a revamp team after Harden can't beat an aging Curry. Van Fleet play great tonight but I heard when Miller said the X-factor. We should not be paying $40 million dollar for an X-factor.

He didn’t touch Butler in mid air. He had his hand on his chest with his off hand when Butler started his three-point shot. The refs could call that foul on almost any possession. It was a very weak call, especially in a game where much more physical play was allowed.
