Udoka messed up resting the starters all those games to end the season

If he did play them then people would say they should have rested them and thats why they can not shoot. You have a team full of people who can not shoot, and can not hit FTs thats why they lose.

1000000% correct. We could have rested our starters for two weeks and wouldn’t mean zilch. We have barely one all-star who can’t make a clutch free throw for his life and a bunch of average nba players like Tate, Eason, Amen (sorry, but he’s been exposed until he learns to shoot from the perimeter) FVV (lost a step), Brooks (no history of playoff success) and hor/cold non All-Star Green. Our GM sucks! We have enough to trade for a star but he refuses to do it. So here we are….down 2-1 to a depleted GS team. Nothing to do with rest!!!

Agree on needing the grueling experiences to grow. And reality is, against our desire, current Rockets arent THAT ready yet for a deep run. The struggle will build that muscle

I believe this young group is more OKC with natural internal growth. Than a '23 Kings spike up & sink. So run it back with the current core.

I'd like a Porizingis with Celts star move, or Hartenstein / Caruso solid role players to complement the core. But I wouldnt be surprised with a "traditional" win-now superstar move that can have some youth pieces going out. So dont get TOO used to your favorite young gun yet. But the foundation is solid (yes meddling financial problems Tilman got it done) and it should only get better from here

Udoka is the only reason this group of misfits have a 2 seed. We don’t have an all star…don’t dare tell me Sengun is among the top 12 in the Western Confrence.

    This team can’t make layups…open layups…they miss bunnies routinely…they can’t make open 3’s.

I know you guys are all in love with these players, but these players are coached to the ****ing max and then some…wide open shots….missed free throws….I can coach you get to get you good shots, but I can’t make those shots for you. I say that to the 8th graders I coach…but my 8th graders aren’t making millions to play the game

If you’re blaming this on Udoka, you’re mistaken

Does anyone believe resting the starters has anything to do with the choke job in game 3?

Playing 8 players at all times would guarantee the Wolves having an easier job ......it is what it is.

    If it comes to that.

I do feel that by resting the players too much would put too much rust on the players coming into Game 1.

Game 3 was a total inexperienced job.
