Alpi is playing scary, because he doesn’t want to be fouled he’s rushing all his layups and shotputs

I think at home they score 110 but on the road it is a struggle.

Even on D it seemed like his man was wide open for 3s a lot. Not sure if the over-helping is on Ime or Amen though. But damn his offense was truly putrid. The box score won't show how bad some of his misses were. I just don't see any hope for this group moving forward. Just a bunch of flawed role players. Maybe Jabari can rise to the opportunity with more playing time.

If Kerr can go deep into his bench to stay alive then we should be able to cause Fred and Jalen will be our downfall

Jalen Green might be on the way out at the time Sheppard developed.

The closing seconds in the 2nd quarter pretty much the leading up to the rockets loss.

Everything just fell apart in that last 3 mins of 2nd quarter.

I've kinda expected 2-2 after the first 4. I was hoping we'll beat 'em in 5, but oh well

Oh, if you gave clean looks to Jabari, Brooks, or maybe even Jalen for most attempts I bet they hit 40%...

    Shot selection affects results...

we should feel cheated… and the Rockets organization should feel like absolute morons

this is a very weak playoffs. This is definitely a year. You could’ve stole a championship like the Rangers did couple years ago.

and all they needed to do was get at least one playmaker that could shoot consistently like even a buddy hield type. We had plenty of draft capital … Plenty of young players there’s absolutely no reason we shouldn’t have done that it’s r****ded that we went into the playoffs severely lacking a basic bare minimum capability

We literally have no one in the playoff rotation that can shoot a three-point consistently… and no one that can get their shot off consistently

I’m less concerned about Jalen’s impact on Alpi’s game and mostly concerned about Jalen’s impact on his own game. Either he’s red hot or he’s ice cold - he’s like the 2nd coming of John Starks.

I agree 100%, I wasn't a fan of Jalen regarding game 1 but he actually played well because they were trapping him and making sure he didn't get any clean looks. He probably made about two mistakes when he tried to force something and they weren't calling it. This loss is more on Sengun, Ime, in Amen. How in the world can Draymond guard Sengun one on one or Post guard Amen one on one. They played down to the competition and lost. Fred play better than he did the first two games so I'm okay with that. I'm disappointed that they haven't abuse Curry more to exploit his defense. This is where Jalen has been too passive because there's no way he should let Hield or Curry guard him one-on-one.

Sure but Jalen isnt an all time great.

Hes a 23 year old in his 1st playoff series being told to make the correct read, which he did all night.

Hes not getting plays ran for him, outaide of having the ball at half court to initiate.

The onl 2 plays he got tonight were out of a timeout. 1 led to a dunk when he was the imbounder. The othr was a fadeaway jumper at the baseline with 3seconds to go.

Its so annoying having to defend a player, who wasnt the peoblem just because people love to hate him.

Jalen is about 4th or 5th down the list of who to blame for tonights loss, but everyone throws him to the top because he isnt the lord and savior jesus christ.

I mean, a blind man can see that at this point. I love Amen, but him and Fred need staggered. He seems shook, put him back on bench and mandate him to improve his damn shot at least from a few certain spots on the court. Have him shoot 2,000 shots every day from the same damn spot so he can actually start making them in the game.
