And even if the hustle award was a real award, it should be going to players like Tari or Keon Ellis, or players that play with 100% energy, 24/7--greatest recent example being Gerald Wallace. Draymond takes plays off, takes GAMES off when Steph isn't playing, uses a lot of dirty little tricks to get position, not pure EFFORT.

Why is he being rewarded for anything at all? Jimmy Butler is the guy who turned their season around, not Draymond.

I want a breakout game from one of our peripheral guys that just blind-sides the Warriors. Jabari, Eason, Brooks. One of those to just go bananas in game 3 and roll those clowns but I don't think we'll see that til game 4.

It's exciting that we are going to at least a game 5 with the Warriors in the first round after what we had to sit through the past 4 years.

Got to get 1 of the 2 games in GS.

Paul pierce was saying on a podcast that as a player with an injury like that you never feel 100% confident for another 2 weeks. Attack him on defense and offense, we need to make him uncomfortable.

Im praying Jalen shows up the rest of this series. If he plays well the Warriors have no chance against us.

I've been thinking about this ****. The warriors had to play hard till the last game of the season. I bet slimy Adam Silver wanted to give the Warriors extra rest so he spaced our games out more. He knows the warriors have no chance of keeping up with us if we played every other night.

Nba is rigged towards Warriors, Lakers, Celtics and the cycle continues

Knicks(2 pt win), Thunder(came back from 29) won on the road; rest of the home teams won

If Minnesota hangs on, home teams 16-6 (if I counted right :p)

Oh Draymond is hustling alright as long as the award was made under the definition of - to fraud or swindle.

He's hustling players, refs and the league with his brutality and on court antics.

    He deserves that crappy award.

I thought the same thing with the spacing between games. Rockets need to put the pedal to the metal on games 3 and 4 and run them out of their building.

I want to believe Alpi isn't going to be phased and will flirt with a triple double.

I want to believe Jalen will be hot from downtown and make the bad 3s he takes.

I want to believe Amen's defense will be regular-season great.

I want to believe Fred will have an efficient game.

I want to believe the refs aren't going to be the main topic of discussion after this game.

But I'm getting some ptsd from playoff series past against the Warriors to not be confident in any of them.

Because he's the most overrated player in history, and they need to give him fake accolades to make him seem more credible for the league to make him one of their faces as a pundit for the next couple of decades after he retires. Ex-player tv pundits for the most part tend to have at least some modicum of success at some point in their careers. Not sure "Steph's mostly useless sidekick" is as marketable as them piling on the fake "awards."

Play 10 guys Ime. Tate could give us a solid 10 minutes with some goon action. Cam could get hot and give us 15 points in 15 minutes.

Nah, let's give Fred 42 minutes.

Like, I get that he's good. He IS good. But the way he talks about himself it's like HE'S the guy who orchestrated the Warrior's championships. He was an integral piece, sure. But even Dennis Rodman--a FAR better player than Draymond, knew that he was a role player (albeit an amazing one) on those Bulls teams. Humility would suit Draymond--but he refuses to wear it.

He's a good player, but he's not a great player. He's an integral role player, not remotely a star player in truth. He had that potential, but he sacrificed being a star player type to be a cog in a machine. A dirty, important/fundamental cog for sure, but not the driver, just a part of the machine.

Because it's the best series the NBA has for round one and they need it stretched out. I feel like there is always a series like this in the first round.

Nah I don't think it's that deep. Happens every year but eventually everyone catches up. Plus Warrior rigging is relatively new in NBA history and is done when Steph retires.

Yeah, but in this case the extra rest helps us too. This Rockets team seems to play a lot better when it gets proper rest and additional practice time.

Draymond with humility would just be Ryan Bowen. Draymond’s insane irrational confidence is a big part of what makes him good.

I like it when the ref assignments are uninteresting
