I think what he's trying to say is that the laws are only as good as the people enforcing them. So, if everybody goes along with it, it won't matter what an old piece of paper says. It's the ultimate "constitutional crisis". If Trump did run, and did win, AND the electors went along with it.... The only thing stopping Trump from a 3rd term at that point are guns and bullets.

It's embarrassing that so many Americans voted for that old fraud, felon, and snake oil salesman. The sad part is that they are going to be poorer, have less civil rights, have less workers rights, have less government services, have less recourse against job harassment and discrimination, and be more vulnerable to sickness and diseases from more toxic waste, pollution, and chemicals in their air and water.
