To what extent is a "calling out" means for you? It seems to me that you mean Ime didn't comment on Jalen's bad performance in Game one at all. "They pressured him, but he played too much in the crowd," the coach said, according to the media. Houston Chronicle "I'm not talking about turnovers, but rather insisting on getting in between multiple players and shooting despite having defenders on them. When you play in a tight space, you have to find a way out. That will be the key in this series." Yes, what he said also refers to the spacing issues, but it is definitely also an expression that Jalen did not make clever decisions in Game one. You can always argue that he just can't because the paint is too packed. But again, that's not my conclusion, I can always argue that the main reason is he is just too streaky. I think today's game proves my point again coz Ime didn't pull Amen out of the starting lineup like many of you recommended, and Jalen still did good from the very beginning. I like what Ime said "You have to find a way out.", Ime for sure needs to make adjustments. But again, to me, main issue is always Jalen himself, whether he can be consistent, whether his fans like you can stop blaming all external factors while ignoring his own flaws after four years. Finally, I think you can at least give everybody a break after a win by stopping b****ing here. I should not reply to you at the first place, my bad.
Jalen and Alpi both had amazing games. I know Alpi will bring it every game so If Jalen can keep this up we will challenge OKC and might just get our third title.
Keep moving the goal posts Mr I don't change my opinion. Did Ime say that's the main reason we lost? No that was only you. The majority of all the interviews is about spacing and not about Jalen playing on crowds. Oh btw, BAD SPACING CREATES CROWDS. lol I'm not surprised you liked the one sentence that suited you. Sorry I could not let it go that you jumped in here to take credit after your charade of a thread. Everyone knew Jalen played poorly, it's only you who thought it was the main reason for our loss. You're free to ignore or stop replying anytime.
I take what credit? I did predict Jalen to bounce back before the game started. And that's not taking credit of anything. And no, for sure not only me think Jalen is the main responsible person for Game one. If you insist, I suggest you find a proper ophthalmologist.
Jalen Greens scoring run started right at the time Jimmy got hurt and was having a lead. Before that he was playing like ass. He gained confidence when it sunk in that one of their most important players went down and was up by double digits. Not before.
Jalen and Alpi both had their playoff come out games...now its time for Amen to have his game 3. 20 point triple double incoming with a couple of blocks and a few steals.
I can definitely see him taking over a game offensively at Oracle. Has already made big contributions but I know he's got a little something up his sleeve. He has a very analytical mind, he's been observing quietly, will be ready to pounce just as they get too comfortable guarding him.
Props to JG he balled out. And Ime made some great adjustments to the offence, would have been nice to see how the team performed with Jimmy, but about time rockets got some good luck on our side, i'll take it.
Huge game by Jalen. Loved that he got physical with Green. Just wish that elbow had landed clean and knocked out some teeth
Oooo I’m glad he didn’t, just becuase they would mean a fine and possible suspension and I’d much prefer having Jalen, especially THIS Jalen, on the court. And plus the world got to see what a flopping b**** Draymond is—if an elbow that barely connects elicits a reaction like THAT And Draymond knows now that Jalen isn’t easily punked
As convenient as this excuse is... Our first bucket of the game was from Jalen driving past defenders and finding Amen for an easy dunk. The next bucket was a Jalen 3. Try again.
JG is the one player we can’t afford to sit and it’s mainly because of how Warriors can focus solely on Alpi when JG sits …. I would play Cam with Alpi in non-JG minutes just to have an offensive threat because so far game 1 and 2 … FVV is not it!!
