I said it back during game 1 but I'll say it again I've never seen Jokic flop this much ever. Even Nuggets fans are pointing it out. Must be tired because he missed some crucial free throws down the stretch too.
Great game Harden with pretty good defense from what I saw. lAC is fun to watch , so is Denver. Imtheres a chance those are the two best teams I nthe west Okc looks great , but until they prove it in the playoffs I gotta go with the teams that have past finals mvps and experience.
I chuckled because I thought .. . "If Harden had that same stat line in a loss . . .. . the talk would be how is just managed to escape a Quadruple Double," LOL Rocket River
I do agree (if you're saying this) that men is a joke and that OOC will not be taxed at all going into R2 Den / lac looks like a potential bloodbath
I just saw a compilation of Jokic’s flops from the 1st 2 games, and there was enough footage 2 make a 2 minute montage his flopping is pretty disgusting…he’s the biggest dude on the court flopping like he’s CP3 or Marcus Smart, and then he’ll lie on the floor faking an injury pathetic
What happens if jimmy butler plays against jalen brunson? Are you just gonna have 5-6 hour games? Would be pretty funny. I guess they would just get ejected after a few minutes every game and after a few weeks would be on the suspension cycle.
Flopping is a much bigger problem than what Jokic did last night. He isn't even a top 10 flopper in the NBA. If the league had the will to clean up flopping, they would have already done it. The problem is, most of the worst floppers are superstars, starting from the Chosen One. They don't want to touch those guys and ruin the image of the game. But not straightening up the officiating ruins the game even more. Also, I hate foul baiting. Some might say that it's smart offensive move. It just makes the game so much uglier.
The drive, bump into defender, flail, get foul call (a.k.a The Luka) is the bane of my existence. If you can get a guy in the air and jump into him, that's fine by me. But having a guy step for step with you, and you jump into him, and then you get free throws for that.....is ****ing ridiculous to me. Brunson does this a lot as well....and I like Brunson. But yesterday I saw a lot of forearm shivers from him not getting called. Draymond basically said it when they played us to end the season. "****ing call it then!"
Two great games, but this refereeing leaves my head scratching quite often. Rough play is let go, but then a little tap on the arm is a foul? Make it make sense…yeah Jokic for all his pointing to his head for guys to keep calm and think, he had a few serious brain farts. What I don’t understand is how MPJ has all that talent and length yet he only wants and seems to be able to shoot threes. It’s like Horry just camping out there, they move very similarly and have those long arms, but am I crazy to think MPJ should be way better than Horry?
Grizz look like a team that knows they have no shot at winning this series. Ja with all that Bravado towards the end of the season is quiet as a church mouse.
