Once Yordan, Walker, and Diaz come back up to average I don't see why this team isn't as good as previous years.
Hunter Brown...the Astros' true ace and #1. Glad they didn't trade him like some were saying after his first year up.
Walker still needs to get 550plus ABs. If he isn’t sent down, dezenzo needs to play LF every time Altuve plays 2B. There is zero reason to give Chaz ABs over Dezenzo. Hell, send Chaz down.
Don’t look now but I think we’ve won 3 of the last 4. something to build on. 4 out of 5 starts to be a little something.
I don't understand how Mauricio Dubon has 32 PA while Dezenzo has 1 start in 15 days. Why is he even on the roster, surely there is a more useful player if you just need a deep bench guy who will never play. You may as well let the actual prospect rack up some AAA dominance. We're approaching a full calendar year of true ace level dominance from Hunter Brown
Dezenzo’s lack of playing time alongside the inexplicable love affair with Dubon is my biggest disappointment of this season. I don’t worry about slumps like Yordan’s or Walkers, but self-inflicted idiocy by an obviously in over his head manager is maddening. I know it’s been written in stone, but the move of Altuve to LF was the wrong move for a team that needs to have one of their prospects break through.
Hell of a night by Hunter, Pena with an All-Pro jump step that was Jeter Esque and the bats were HOT.....................Hell of a game, now if we could do this more often, I would not be so pessimistic at times........................man it feels good to get that win, makes my day so much better Now......they have an Ace going tonight, lets get some runs baby
