IMO I don't care if this guy is the baddest hombre this side of the Pecos, we have DUE PROCESS and if he has that and is deported fine............BUT, you cant just round up people and deport them...........................this is not a dictatorship, I know the wanna be king wants to be able to act like his dictator friends but as of right now we do have some laws. Where do you draw the line.....just a few brown folks here and there turns into people they don't like, who criticize...............................nah, we are still the US of A even though this admin wants to act like a kangaroo court

If Federal procedure and protocol was followed then why the Supreme Court ruling saying he needs to come back to America???? You know that super liberal Supreme Court we have. . . . . Also, show me documentation of where he violated his Withholding of Removal order. I will wait.

I don't think you know what due process is. IF there was a deportation order he would still get due process. He is allowed to present his case. Otherwise some ICE agent can go to your house and issue an Order for Deportation and you are off to another countries jail.

Police, ICE, the FBI, or any other organization is not allowed to pull you off the street and send you to a prison in another country without due process. Spoiler alert, having ink is not due process. He was not given due process and it is now apparent that he was not supposed to go in the first place. Bring him back and send him through the courts. IF he is a terrible person then deport him, but he must have his say in court. Just like I would want my say in court if I was accused of a crime. I am sure you also would prefer to have that say in court as well.

SCOTUS did not order his return...Court Orders are clear whenever action is mandated, and all the opinion said was "facilitate" a return and did not bother to define what that means. The Order could have had clear language like "shall retrieve from the jurisdiction of El Salvador . . ." or something to that effect. This will likely go in front of SCOTUS again and they will either issue a stronger and more clear Order, or they won't because the judicial branch cannot override an executive policy.

This is still being litigated in the Courts, but the narrative that SCOTUS is just brazenly being ignored is an immense exaggeration.

Trump has not ignored the SCOTUS; he is showing as much contempt as possible (since he has a "very, very large brain".)

Look, if there is actual evidence that Kilmar Abrego Garcia is the most evil hombre west, east, or south of the Pecos, produce it.

And by "produce it", I mean, show the actual evidence, not just have the administration parrots telling us on TV and tweets.

Since they haven't produced anything, it seems to indicate no such evidence exists, except for some double-hearsay somewhere, and the old tried-and-true "triple-down on the lie" is what's happening.

I am not asking about your post.

I am asking your opinion. It seems you have trouble but we all know the answer. Bukele make this entire conversation moot.

You inserted yourself into a conversation that had nothing to do with getting this guy back just to get my opinion? Thx, but I'm not interested in your laughable dishonesty. No one in their right mind thinks the POTUS doesn't have the power to get the guy back, but you do you.

    my thoughts exactly

if he’s truly MS13, then prove it in court and deport him lawfully

u can’t just round people up with no due process and send them to some prison camp in a different country

Why should he? Due process was already done, all the facts are clearly written on the docket. He also admitted at the time he couldn't go back because of a rival gang. Now that Bukele has cleaned up the streets, he has no excuse.

You'd have an argument if the wife was deported as well, for harboring a fugitive, but as an American citizen she remains in America free to go about her business.

Mr. Abrego Garcia had been arrested in 2019, but a judge ordered that he not be deported to El Salvador after determining that he would face grave danger there.

With Bukele in charge, that danger is no longer there. Democrats seem fixated on proving they can't do rational thought in favor of emotional tantrums..The middle is moving further and further away .

Your opinion on whether Garcia would face danger in El Salvador is meaningless. Unless you have magically become part of the federal judiciary. Wait, have you?

This thread is full of statements that Dems are pro gang violence, pro crime, favor emotional tantrums, on and on, endless nonsense. Time and again, all that’s being pointed out is the obvious. Like this. And you guys don’t like the obvious, have no answer for it, so it’s the same drumbeat of nonsense.
