The fact that Garcia is there simply means one of two things, based on your own position:

(1) Trump never asked.

(2) Trump asked him and told Bukakke to say no. But Trump doesn’t want to say he asked him because then it looks like Trump is useless and can’t even get a third world country president to do a simple task.

Either case, it is a violation of the SCOTUS order to “facilitate”, which under any simple interpretation begins with …. “Hey, how about you send him back”

I find it incredibly difficult.to believe that anybody that grew up in the USA between the late 1960's and late 1980's was totally unfamiliar with the Hanna Barbara cartoon that played nonstop in deep reruns all afternoon every afternoon unless they were a Mennonite or creepy Warren Jeffs LDS or something.
