The only exciting thing that has happened so far in the first round is Van Gundy vs. Jokic. Jeff Van Gundy has the heart and competitive spirit of a ancient warrior. Remember when he got accidently hit by Hue Hollins (RIP) and flopped to try and draw a technical foul...on a referee?

OKC is OKC and the Eastern Conference is just terrible. I doubt any of the Eastern Conference series will be competitive except Bucks vs Pacers and that depends on if/when Lillard comes back. Celtics and Cavs pretty much have 2 round byes until they face each other.
Knicks and Pistons will be competitive but yeah. Eastern Conference only gets better in the 2nd round, it's been like this for too long pretty much.

How many consecutive 3s have the Pistons missed? Just brutal. If Hardaway had shown up just a little, this game would have been over already.
I don't like it either, but if defenders are dumb enough to jump forward on very long 3-pointers, he's entitled to capitalize. Ausar and Tobias Harris gotta be smarter.
