The U.S. Constitution guarantees due process rights to all individuals, regardless of immigration legal status.

This concept isnt that complicated. The moment we start picking and choosing who deserves it and who doesn't its basically a kangaroo court

 

He does not need due process in the U.S because he is not in trial in the U.S... What's the due process for? He already had an order for deportation... He got due process and in return got a deportation order.

He got deported, El Salvador now gets to decide what they want to do with him. Not America...

Do you think the patriot act violates our civil liberties? Or are we only concerned about due process and the rest of the constitution doesn't matter?

 

“Doesn’t guarantee anything” is a stupid comment. There’s also a process to go through when “your rights are trampled”.

The Patriot Act was passed by Congress and passed through the courts…. So it went through the legal hoops. You may not like the Patriot Act but it’s a terrible example.
