Democrats are more concerned about the rights of criminals than the victims. Now that all the sane people have fled the Democrat party, the bizzaro's and deplorables have been exposed.

The same reason the US has the rights to demand anyone who is wrongly imprisoned - especially someone who was in the US legally and married to a US citizen...and who was unlawfully deported by mistake.

They cannot demand it. El Salvador is under no obligation to comply.

He is a citizen of El Salvador and subject to that nations authorities.

my logic here is that I haven’t heard anything else about the other people that we deported to El Salvador. There aren’t these strong movements and pushes to bring anyone else home.

I’m gonna take that to me that we grabbed a bunch of bad people and sent them away, which is fair and we accidentally snagged up somebody that shouldn’t have been included.

send him back, get him lined out on the process to become a citizen and right the wrong.

Trump is paying El Salvador to imprison the people the Trump Admin sends their way. El Salvador is working for the Trump Admin and thus are taking orders from the Trump Admin.

As fast as we know, Trump has not asked for Garcia’s return.
