The Wikipedia article you linked to lists shootings happening near schools, (including on a bus), shootings at universities (including those that happened while school wasn't in session), incidents where a gun was brought on campus and someone was threatened, and even a robbery where a teacher was killed. And that was just a small sampling of the early 2000s. What I don't see in your article are numbers indicating what race the shooter was. So...
Yeah, it requires accessing additional information about each shooting. Some of them are in the footnotes, others you have to look up the shooting. If you dig through all of it, you find out that the majority of school shootings have black perpetrators, exactly as I said.
