Why would you think he would be dead? Im so confused.

And why is he in prison? I thought we covered that in the initial story with post #1.

You're absolutely incorrect. Laws aren't applied based on nationality. It doesn't matter if you're a foreigner. If you get arrested in Dubai or Phillippines for doing some dumb ****, local laws apply to you.

It was very possible he was dead. No proof of life was given. No legal representation was given, nor a trial. His family couldn't get in contact with him.

Why are you so confused? You obviously know this that's why you were the first to post the tweet here.

Sucks for your narrative, but apparently you need a reality check. KillMore Garcia is in El Salvador. So per your principle, local laws apply.

Lock this thread up. Nothing more to discuss.

If he was a gang member who beat his wife then take him in front of a judge and get a deportation order. What dont you morons understand about due process.

Nobody trusts a word that comes out of the Admin when yall lie 24/7 about everything

I suppose anything is possible in a multi verse theory.

Im more confused now. You still think American rule of law applies to the entire planet? Talking about arrogant. Im not sure why you think he was going to get any of that when all of those other prisoners do not get that. Yet that are all alive and well. Oh yes I forgot, he abandoned his mother and left her to the gang to live in America at the age of 16 ... which has absolutely nothing to do with this story.

So again, why would you think he was dead? Sounds more like wishful thinking.

Hey dumbass, where was Abrego Garcia before he was deported without due process and sent to a foreign prison?

This thread isn't just about Abrego Garcia. It's about all of our rights to due process.

Every civilized country has this- even for foreigners. Look at Vitaly in the Philippines.

Stop pivoting bro. "What about my border rights," just shut the **** up

Answer this. Do you think everyone should have due process rights in this country?

Good for him.. to be fair it was reported he was being sent to that prison
Why not? Due process is about not just fair outcomes but correct outcomes. The issue here is he shouldn't have been deported

Lets take the 2nd amendment for example. Liberals have effectively neutered this topic. Some states like NJ have completely restricted the rights of its citizens. And I am ok with it. So are you. So clearly there are exceptions to the constitution that we all accept.

You're wrong. 2nd amendment rights still exist in NJ; they're just heavily regulated.

But even if they were completely gone, your logic is still flawed.

Essentially you're saying, "because one right was infringed, it's fine to ignore others." That's not how the Constitution works. Violating one right doesn't justify throwing out another. Especially something as fundamental as due process.

So again, why shouldn't everyone have due process in this country? How does that benefit you?

Man spent 29 pages pivoting all over the place just to finally admit he doesn't believe in due process in America for everybody in the whole country.

And he wonders why folks are still talking about this unfortunate case of the trump administration ignoring due process and just shipping a man off to a prison.

innocent until proven guilty, must also mean jack sht also to u.

This being handled this way on purpose. Trump and his administration is making it clear to the SCOTUS that they have no fear defying their rulings if they disagree with their rulings - and there is absolutely nothing the Court can do about it.

It isn’t coincidence that Trump stated he was going to send Americans to prison in a foreign country with zero American over site. This was done on purpose - rule how the President wants or be exposed when the President ignores the ruling.
