You just equated an immigrant possibly violating the law with the President of the United States willfully violating laws which are the foundational principles of our society.

Your argument fails at both basic rational thought and high school level civics.

It's not "an illegal immigrant" - it's 10s of millions of persons.

You're advocating we ignore 10s of millions of illegal immigrants violating, often, multiple federal laws.

The scope and scale of the of the violations is not to be ignored.

    Illegal immigrant. YES

    MS-13 gang member. YES

    Beat his wife. YES

Can someone give me a good reason why US taxpayer dollars should be spent flying an El Salvadorean citizen to the USA (where he is not a citizen)? It would be CRAZY to fly him back to a country that he illegally snuck into. It's clearly not in the public interest to have a dangerous gang member imported to our country. This is a politically losing argument for Democrats -- shocking that they are pursuing it.

We've had the asylum system in place since the 80's

A lot of charts and people reference data comparing current numbers to the 2010's, but this isn't a novel Biden problem like is often portrayed or fan fiction'd by the right. It's how this country has been purposely set up for a long time by both parties. It's been about extracting that cheap labor and just about everybody has been in on it, let's be real here.

It's harder to retroactively deal with a can of opened worms, but I'm not on board with stripping what I view are human rights and forgoing the literal foundation of freedom in this country to unsuck this ****. We're America, we're numba 1, we are freedoms child, we can do better.

THERE JUST HAS TO BE A BETTER WAY!

It's not going to be a quick fix to undue 40 years of policy. If we want a significant change, we're going to need immigration reform that accelerates the legal process with all that entails, and to change the asylum pathway to make it much stricter. It has to be done right, it won't be quick, it won't be easy, it won't be cheap. These are people we are dealing with, not roaches. In Texas we take choppers with mounted machine guns to deal with overrun wild hogs, that shouldn't be an option here just because people are exhausted and want a quick fix.

Do you agree or disagree that immigrants who've been granted asylum are here legally?

What proof has been presented that he is an ms13 member?

The laws is laws. The President breaking the foundational laws of the United States is equivalent to going 73 in a 70. I speed, so the president can send people to gulags without due process.
Gotcha commie. You fell into my brilliant mind trap. Brawndo is what plants crave.

If you were wondering, this is the stupid part of your argument. The normal judicial processes are capable and have already spoken. The trump admin ignored that and kidnapped someone who has already legally been determined to be allowed to live and work here. This is a kidnapping. Yet another felony for Dear Leader.

Congress should embargo El Salvador and issue a warrant for Bukele’s arrest due to his compliance in this. Crimes against humanity.

No one is above the law. Your mindset is essentially supporting a dictatorship. Rules are fine to be ignore and human right can b ignored due to special circumstances.

If our president can selectively choose when to follow the rules or laws and which one to ignore without any repercussions he essentially acting like a fking dictator

Lincoln himself pushed for lasting change via Congressional acts and constitutional amendments. Trump's actions are not a broad picture constitutional strategy, but just an exercise of force based on things he and his team wants.

But he's had more process than most people. He had immigration hearings. He had immigration appeals hearings. Most don't have lawyers and most her straight up removals or expedited removals or the new strategy is speed dismissals at immigration court.

He's had a lot of process, with the the result being he can be deported, just not to El Salvador. And the Trump administration did a whoopsie, then said they don't care to fix it.

Innocent until proven guilty. It does not matter if the person is an illegal citizen, a serial killer, a rapist, an American citizen or anything, everybody should get due process since it in our fking constitution. The moment we ignore that we are no better than a fking kangaroo court.

Such a simple concept that conservatives fail to understand.

As an illegal citizen, he's guilty by default.

One who's taken up a ton of government resources in his time here with his gang connections -- there's already been due process

Your train of thought incentivizes life risking illegal immigration and Americans know this

It's what lead to the death of Rachel Morin

With this logic we should throw Elon Musk and Melania Trump in a foreign death camp because they both fraudulently came to the US on invalid Visas. Fruit of a poisonous tree and all that.
