Kilmar Abrego Garcia will not be returned to the US

Civil offenses/Misdemenors vs the bill of rights upon which all civil.liberties depend. Yeah, totally the same. I assume you euthanize with prejudice anybody with the temerity to violate speed limit statutes in your vicinity like you were Judge Dredd.

 

The law is the law. I recall hearing a lot about the rule of law the last few years from Democrats.

Trolling would be an explanation if not only for how much time he is dedicating to it. Usually I assume trolling is something people dabble in quickly because wasting hours on a message board posting insincere thoughts is like the biggest waste of time in life.

So I honestly don't know because he obviously is sincere in his 4th grade argumentation level due to the time dedication to it.

"So Presidents need to abide by the Bill of Rights ALL THE TIME and can't selectively follow them?"

Once in May of 2021, "Assault in any degree," and on May 4th of 2021, he punched and scratched his wife, ripped off her shirt, and grabbed and bruised her."

Do you know what a immigration court is even? Do you know what branch an immigration court is under?

US Federal Courts literally demanded the government to provide actual evidence of the claim that he is of MS13 because the immigration courts used evidence from a cop who literally got fired for using bad faith informant tactics. Garcia was loitering in front of Home Depot looking for day labor(the reason cops were called) and had cash on him. He also was wearing a Chicago Bulls jersey. An "informant" claimed he was a prominent member of MS13 in Long Island, a place he has never stepped foot in. The Bulls Jersey, the claim he was a member of MS13 Long Island branch and him loitering with cash while looking for day labor at a Home Depot were the three pieces of evidence and THE ONLY THREE pieces of evidence used to claim he was from MS13.

Again it was proven the informant was full of **** because again, Garcia never has even been to Long Island let alone being a prominent member of MS 13 in Long Island. A Chicago Bulls Jersey doesn't make you MS13.

An Immigration court judge follows the orders of the president. There is no independence between the executive and immigration court. As soon as this "evidence" was tried in front of an actual independent federal court judge they were like " Ya so the government needs to provide actual evidence that he is part of MS13 because this isn't evidence".

"Two separate judges" my ass. Ya two judges who work under the Trump administration because Immigration courts, aren't actual courts. They are just process courts for the executive branch to expediate immigration orders. The judges carry out the policy directives of the President.

It just occurred to me … are Space Ghost and HTM related? Or are they alt accounts? Both of them have problems answering simple questions and they duck duck duck.

This thread actually illustrates one of the reasons why Trump doesn’t want to bring Garcia back. He knows Democrats will roast him for it, it stays in the news, and he gets to tell MAGA … see, democrats love illegals.

As this thread shows, MAGA ain’t about to distinguish among illegals, rule of law and due process. Nope, Dems love them some illegals.

I'd also like to say this is like very common amongst right wing media personalities and politicians. They have created a science in making sure the humans around them never ask pressing questions. The duck from liberals and leftists begging to engage in actual debate. Right wing presidential administrations will have press rooms full of glazers. Look at a Modi press conference in India. Hell look at a modern Trump press conference.

"Mr. President, I heard your hog is glorious and thick and so long. Are those rumors of your massive shlong true Mr President?"

Hear some of the questions the press asks Trump. Some are absolutely hilarious. Some of them are literally them just asking " Sir, you haters never give you credit, what will it take for your haters to give you credit Mr. President?"

 

If you listen to Trump or anyone in the administration, they give the least believable motivations for Democrats. "They want people to come in and rape everyone!"

Something about right wing thought and never questioning things like "opportunity cost" or "motivations". Their minds are so child like, their political leaders can use the " my political opponents want crime and murder everywhere" line and it works

 

I think the fight is for the right to a fair trial, personally I could care less about this individual as an individual, the alarming part is that there isn't due process for X individual, right? Fair trials is the foundation for freedom, arguing to blindly trust the Government as truth makers in lieu of a fair trial is such an amazing thing to observe from the American right in todays political world.

I think we had this specific talk in a thread about what El Salvador did with there own population. If you give up the right to fair trials you give up everything relating to freedom and justice.

This wouldn't even be an issue if Democrats were actually fighting for fair trials, they aren't. This is purely a smear campaign and an attempt to stop deportations. I just can't trust anything coming from The Democrats side because they don't really prioritize the American people. They somehow get enamored with these fantasies of trying to justify everything. If someone kills, they were the victim of such and such. If someone steals, they needed it more than so and so. They have no limits to their own insanity. If Democrats had The American people in mind I'd be more willing to buy into the idea there was no due process. There was, he had a deportation order.

Even in El Salvador thousands got released once the government confirmed individuals incarcerated were not gang members, this wasn't the push from Democrats. The push was not for El Salvador to investigate Abrego so he didn't have to spend the rest of his life in possibly the strictest prison in the world. The push was to make Trump look weak once Trump accepted a potential mistake might have been made which Trump will never do. Democrats don't want this guy returned, they want to drag this out as long as possible.

I personally trust Bukele more than I trust Trump. I feel like Bukele has more integrity, if Bukele is not releasing him to El Salvador its because Bukele is not yet sure this guy isn't a real POS....

Per Democrats track record, something tells me this guy was indeed correctly deported.....
