wrong. Stone traded James harden for a pretty good hall that has gotten the rockets it's core fans always want to trade to trade. We got enough. this playoffs will show if we need more.
“”In a streak that dated all the way back to 2021, the Warriors had beaten the Rockets 15-straight times, with the streak finally ending via and exorcising on Dec. 11, 2024. Even still, the Warriors won three of five matchups versus Houston on the season, and offer a giant standing in the way of the second round””
as the refs hand through the 5th second they had the inbound pass in the air. Grizz player had it. How do you know he wasnt going to iso a 3?
they barely started moving at the 4 second mark. Its just lazy and really bad basketball. Theres a chance you're right, but you're banking on it being in the last 0. whatever second which could go either way and is just stupid in a game like this.
I didnt mean draft picks. OKC got young SGA from Paul Gorege trade. We didnt get young star from Harden trade.
Somebody please tell me yall saw kenny try to claim the mets and couldnt name the player on the graphic looooooool
The only "young star" available when Harden demanded a trade was Ben Simmons. It was either Ben Simmons or the Brooklyn picks. Sometimes timing just sucks man.
I do like the play-in makes the end of the regular season more exciting since it makes the battlefield smaller for the tanking teams... But man these Wednesday and Friday games are very very skippable. Who cares who wins these games? OKC and Cleveland are going to breeze through whoever wins.
The format of the Play In is advanced, they should make a mini tournament instead of the NBA Cup with more at stake and later in the year. It is basically March Madness after Sweet 16 and the Final 4.
Yeah I'm not being too hard on it. It serves its purpose, like, most of these teams playing this week would have been tanking for the past month if not for the play-in. Like the Bulls would have been hard tanking if not for this, but thanks to the play-in they were a legit spoiler since they were fighting for their own play-in spot. So for that reason it really did help. It's just that the reality is most of these games will be between mediocre teams and likely there will be one matchup between actual threats like tonight while the rest of the teams in the play-in are just playoff fodder. It's also a good buffer for teams that do have injuries derail their season that they can sneak into the playoffs thanks to it.
How they market the Play In I do not really care, it is the One Sudden Death Game that people tune in to watch. This format should be used more often. However the league name it, is not that relevant. Or they could make the Finals a Best of 3 or Best of 5......that would shorten it.
