If Garcia was still alive, it would take "one phone call" from Trump to get him sent back here.

It's a BS excuse, just like when Trump sat on his hands for 3 hours watching TV while Jan 6 was going on. Anyone with a brain knows Trump is full of ****.

So, let me get this straight... You would like/prefer Garcia to be brought back so he can have a proper trial of crimes he may or may have not committed here in the U.S OR in El Salvador... If he committed crimes in El Salvador would you be ok with Garcia getting sent back to El Salvador? Can a judge even rule on crimes he may have committed in El Salvador? Isn't it El Salvador's responsibility to give this man a proper trial?

Look, no legal system is perfect. This particular case is being looked at with a giant magnifying glass because it can be used against Trump in future deportations of criminals to El Salvador. I get it, you hate Trump and making him look as bad as possible is essential for the next 4 years. I don't want an innocent man's life completely chattered this way if innocent but at this point its pure politics. Garcia had a better shot of going free without the massive media push to try and drag Trump policies.

    Yup typical MAGAt response.

    "He's trolling.. he's joking"

He's already ****ing with birth right citizenship (14th amendment), due process (5th and 14th amendments), freedom of speech, protest, and press (1st amendment), and a third presidential term (22nd amendment).

perhaps he’s already been killed, so that’s why Trump is making no effort for his release after sending him away with no due process

a gay hairdresser surrounded by hardened gang members…yeah, it’s not looking too good for him

but this is the same Trump who pressured Romania for the release of sex trafficker and rapist Andrew Tate and also facilitated his arrival to the United States…this is the same Trump who pardoned people who beat cops…and all the while, the mindless drone MAGAts clapped in approval

Like you said no legal system is perfect. A normal person would look at the Garcia situation and come to the conclusion that deportations without due process should immediately stop. But all I hear from you is excuses.

All of which won't happen... Ugh.... Ya'll either gullible or stupid.... If you stopped watching propaganda for just a few weeks all these fears would fade....

For the record I don't agree with birth right citizenship although I see why it works, When Trump does something I disagree with I say it....

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't that how you're a citizen?

What I meant to say was I don't agree with taking birthright citizenship, yes I'm an anchor baby... Its how I'm American.... BUT I see why taking birthright citizenship could greatly impact illegal immigration.

EDIT: Actually now that I think of it, I didn't help my parents get citizenship. That was Reagan. They have been citizens since I was a little kid.... Not sure I anchored them here....

I'm not even against immigration, not even against illegal immigration. I'm very against open borders thou.... We shouldn't have to be deporting gang members to El Salvador....

Dude got here because he received asylum. He has never been convicted of anything. The administration admitted a mistake

You're the one repeating a false narrative

I would like the Trump administration not to go forward with this plan of testing the limits of seeing if they can ignore the SC when detaining people without arrest warrants and shipping them off to a concentration camp to see if they can eventually transition to US citizens dissenting their administration and "mistakenly" nab them in ICE raids, ship them off to the concentration camp without a arrest warrant and by the time the SC rules on having the individual returned they can say "it was a mistake and its too late. It is out of our jurisdiction now, you have to ask President Bukkake if he murdered the US citizen we mistook for a illegal for the 100th time them or they are still alive.

You either have a doggy doodoo brain in that noggin to believe this is a "mistake" or you are in bad faith acting as if these are mistakes. These are the only two options here. You understands this right? Almost none of the individual humans that went to the concentration camp in El Salvador had criminal arrest warrants.

That's what I ask of the Trump administration. To not be fascists. Is that more clear for you?

"Team Trump continues to thumb its nose at the courts over Abrego Garcia. Ordered on Friday to provide daily updates (including weekends), Judge Xinis laid down three core instructions to the administration: (1) the briefing is by someone familiar with the case; (2) they provide an update on Garcia’s whereabouts and condition; and (3) they provide a summary of what has been done since the previous day’s briefing to facilitate his return.

At the first briefing, the representative claimed not to be familiar with the details of the situation, had no knowledge of activity to facilitate Garcia’s return and as to his circumstances could say only that he was alive and in custody of El Salvador."

Judge Xinis needs to start laying down Contempt of Court fines and jail time to whatever idiot lawyer the administration sends to court next.

Hes literally married to a US citizen! His kids are citizens. He qualifies for citizenship through his wife regardless!

Demonize others seeking asylum getting sent to an El Salvador prison without any due process, meanwhile your very own parents came to this country illegally? If that’s not “pulling up the ladder behind u” behavior, Idk what is.

u couldn’t make this sort of stuff up if u tried

Being married to a US citizen does not guaranteed citizenship. This is why foreigners who come to the USA to escape shithole countries try as fast as they can to get citizenship. He had 10 years.

    Now for the astros123 response

I do care. Make not mistake about that.

However, I put it down there with as much of concern you and your liberal friends have for the victim of violent gang criminals. Which is very close to zero. LIke who really gives a **** about a victim if you can't dunk on the Trump administration? That is the saddest part of all. If you couldn't dunk on trump, you would not have given a second thought to this situation. TDS obsessed.

I'm pretty sure they'd order Kilmar's death (if he's still alive) before they'd ever let him back into the US and talk to the press.
