n0w that the R0ckets defense is stablished--

might be that Harden 0ffensive style[his system] c0mplements Imes defensive system?

cud be that Harden is the 0ne t0 unl0ck Imes system?

Jalen's efficiency would improve dramatically with Harden, as would Alpi's.

Amen would get countless looks right at the rim. Wide-open Bari 3s

That offense with these defensive pieces would be one of most dangerous teams headed into the playoffs.

Our offense isnt that great bc it relies on an inconsistent green with a subpar playmaking pg with zero gravity in fvv. We just need a competent playmaker not even harden and our offense would b alot better.

Harden would b ideal but that aint happening

How much would Harden hamper the development of Amen? Yeah, he'd get Amen some easy points, but would it keep Amen from developing as a shot creator and playmaker? Does Sengun have to hold back and become more like Zubac instead of a mini Jokic?

Harden is in a perfect place now with his team of veterans. Leave him there.

    Easily yes.

All these FVV defenders talk about leadership and vocal. That’s great and all but I think the identity has been established.

bring in harden to develop these guys game and you take the next step offensively, as a side note harden also brings leadership and is vocal but not as much as NBA legend FVV
i don’t man, harden never seemed to have issues with differing to players that have a mismatch. if anything I think he’d help sengun and Thompson even more

Harden or Curry would be the dream this offseason

Either one would probably be willing to play a little off ball while we develop Amen but both could step in to point and take over when needed. I also couldn’t imagine the “gravity” each would have playing off ball

I wouldn't have worded it that way, but yes. Winning, defense-first culture is established. Time to invoke The Beard.

Wife and I discussed this just yesterday. Make it so, Rafael!

In Harden's highest useage season of his career, Chris Paul averaged 8.2 assists/game while playing next to Harden and winning 65 games. Since leaving Houston, Harden's useage hasn't even been 75% of that season's in any year. Why would Amen be hampered from developing?

Why would Sengun have to change the way he plays and play like Zubec? Did Embiid have to play like Zubec when he was playing with Harden? No, he was MVP.

Harden was not a good move while trying to set the culture. If he were to come into it now, it would be different. He would still be better than FVV.

The point was actually that he would flourish with a veteran team and did not want to come back.....and it played out that way.

He was interested in the Rockets' reunion because no veteran team was going to offer him a massive deal outside of the Clippers in the 1st place.

The Clippers are a huge fit in retrospect to revive his career. I am actually happy for him.

I won't defend Van Vleet. He's just okay and his production is nowhere near $40 million per year.

I don't think it's about certain plays. It's about Amen being expected to make plays even when he doesn't have a mismatch. He needs the challenge to grow.

Paul and Embiid were established star, even superstar, players and they did not play on the same team.

If Amen and Sengun are expected to create for themselves, why would they need Harden? I haven't even brought up Jalen Green who also needs the challenge.

Harden really is in a perfect situation with the Clippers. The Rockets aren't ideal for a player like him.

I'm not saying he wouldn't improve the Rockets, but he won't make them champions so II would rather the team's focus be Amen and the rest of them developing.

If the Rockets are to bring in a major player, let it be a disgruntled superstar like Edwards or Giannis.

Only if he's coming off the bench. Also bring back CP3 to pair with him.
