Yeah i was against it but at this point let Jalen starts if he wants too and then first sub should be his last for the game. All this doing is just killing his season numbers.

If a few shitty games are enough to damage his confidence to the extent that he's unviable or terrible in the playoffs, then he's not someone who we can rely on anyway. I believe (hope, anyway) that Jalen is someone with a short memory and that he's hyped as **** to finally play in the postseason

 

Yeah this what I’m thinking. I don’t want him having any bad mojo going into the postseason. But even as and as this has been, it’s a good sign to see that he’s still making the right play and reads.

I don’t think he really care (today) but it’s pretty clear that he does not have a skill to score in zone defense. It’s pretty obvious that there huge gap between Cade, Mobley, Scotty against Jalen at this point of career. Even going at 80% due to none factor game he should be able to score easily but he is missing every contested layup past two games.

 

Well, he was always projected to be a 6-8th pick most of the time, the Rockets just made him 3rd.

 

Y’all know Jalen wasn’t gonna go hard for this meaningless game. But I see why the 3rd string guys are 3rd string guys. Williams is not playing team ball. Really no one is. They should play through Cam and Reed in the 2nd half. Dante is better than Landale. We should definitely trade Williams and Landale in the offseason.

I know it was unrealistic of me to go and expect Jalen to put up a bunch of 30 point games but I wanted to see at least a few fun highlights if nothing else. This is just like watching Silas ball, with even less spacing and less talent overall

 

He's looking like a bench player at that moment. He maybe suited for a Lou Williams type role.
