I got to think why so many people who should be leaders of this country are not, instead of we Trump and Biden and Harris types.

Here is one I wish we had as our leader the last few terms. Post your picks, the state of US politics makes me sad.

Ray predicted a massive recession in 2022 and claimed none of the onshoring attempts by the biden folks would work out..... lol instead we got 3% gdp and new manufacturing Capex being at 30 year highs....

Lets stop worshipping people who are continously wrong. The only person who's been on point is Mark Cuban.

    Jocko Willink

    Pete Buttigieg

To name a couple, in no particular order.

We are where we are because of a managed 40 year decline in blue collar organized labor that people like Dalio greatly profited from. This, plus higher education rising way above annual inflation is making inequality quasi-generational. It is growing wider -- the top 10% is responsible for over 50% of consumer spending.

Dems were considered the majority party for the past 2 decades, but that populist shift passed a tipping point in swing states and the popular vote. It is not primarily a Trump thing. Right before the tariff war, the Democratic party's approval ratings were in the dumps at around 37%.

Trump's behavior has been sick, chaotic and desperate but the trade war is also proactive over reactive for a base that voted him in and the American establishment has neglected over time. Or maybe it's beyond too late and it's totally reactive no matter what either party does?

    Jordan Peterson

    Charlie Kirk

( yes, i know Pierre is Canadian. But, as long as this is a fantasy question, I'm including him)

Is this a Mount Rushmore of morons? JFC. Fortunately podcasting and being Canadian pays enough to keep them away.

I don't want anybody ever who has been on an entertainment TV show or in films ever again.

In fact, I'm in favor of a constitutional ammendment to that effect. Twitter, reality TV and The Age of "Influencers" is straight poison to mind and soul. People can't tell.the difference between playing a competent character on TV and actually being competent.

The vast majority of humans would lose their minds and become psychopaths if given American presidential powers.

The human brain isn't made for that much wealth and power. It makes your brain development go in reverse.

    Not what I have heard.

An older prominent attorney in Houston told me that she was a high school student in Katy Texas when he was dating her and that she was an exceptional lay - enough that he has vivid memories of it over 40 years later.

It absolutely takes a certain level of narcissism to be able to achieve such levels of success. It's how that person chooses to use that narcissism that makes all the difference. I know a lot of people say Jon Stewart should run but I don't think he has that in him. He's just not built that way.
