Define Nazi/Fascist: What does a Nazi Facist Regime look like to YOU

I'm curious what people see as Nazi Behaviours
    Particularly the Republicans in here
What is a "bridge too far" for a country/organization?
    or
Do you think the world could use a little Nazi Fascist behavior?

I'd rather use the term fascism than Nazism to describe MAGA because Nazism implies a lot more esoteric stuff I'm sure most of the MAGA movement is foreign to. But there are ideological Nazis within MAGA. Like Elon might be an ideoligical Nazi since he believes in stuff like Jews conspiring to create the downfall of western white civilization. But your regular Joe MAGA is just a defender of generic fascism.

Most MAGA defenders are fascist, some of them are also Nazi.

But no one should have any hesitation in labelling MAGA fascist. It's an abject fascist movement that weaponizes hatred of outside groups or groups that don't hold political and socioeconomic power to galvanize a base of support that convinced said base of support that basic civil liberties should be thrown out to deal with these "others".

I have come to the conclusion that some people may not know what fascism is
or their idea of it is . .. .different.

I think we have to define terms before we can truly talk about some of these things

That said . .. some people simply don't see a problem with fascim
They prefer it . . . .and that's their thing

In the United States, there is a severe lack of understanding of fascism because our political leaders since WW2 have specially wanted Americans to not understand fascism because we employed fascism towards the global South to get our economic needs and its best if the American population doesn't understand fascism because of that. Kinda like how people say "just ignore how the sausage gets made. You don't want to know how the sausage gets made". American capital owners and the government didn't want Americans to learn how the "sausage gets made".

The United States post WW2 has made "communism" the one grand existential threat to modern civilization. Usually only fascists think that way and it's usually fascists who inact violence with this mindset that communism is coming to destroy civilization.

America is very fascist coded. WW2 was an anomaly because the fascists in that specific case were screwing up all our most important allies and trading partners. We didn't fight fascists in WW2 because we despised their ideology. Americans at the end of the day despise communism more than fascism.

Before Nazi Germany expanded with invasions, there was a strong base of support for fascist movements in Europe.

I suspect our Republican counterparts WILL NOT DEFINE Fascism
because then they would be on the record . . .so then when something goes over that line
they won't be able to crawfish back on it

Look at one post above my original post. You can add one more transgression to that list: going after your political enemies.

It looks like what the democrats in power and their liberal media cohorts engaged in for about the last 8 years:

    - Censor, limit, and control the flow of information
    - Threaten and cancel people who disagree
    - Stick this in your arm or get fired, while disregarding information and studies that show the shot doesn't work
    - Close your business or go to jail
    - Label people who vote a certain way to be bigots
    - Lawfare against political opponents
    - Endorse rioting and looting

What's distinguishes fascism from another form of authoritarianism?
Or are those words interchangeable? Have the same meaning and application?

Yes. I can dispuit it with simple questions to people like you.

When you try to define fascism as a subset of authoritarianism and and how fascism is distinct from other types of authoritarianism.... That is when I will show how people like you are helpless in defining fascism.

If you can't distinguish fascism from generic authoritarianism then your definition is useless. Every authoritarian ideology does things like censor speech. China isn't fascist but it definitely doesn't have freedom of speech. It's a different type of authoritarianism yet for people like you use these terms interchangeably because you don't actually know what fascism is.

That's what power mongers do. They find their own weakness and then turn it around and blame the other side of that exact same thing ...thereby diluting the accusation of a power.
