All I remember from Howard is that Magic tenure......it was not lengthy.

I feel Alonzo Mourning was a better player overall.

You can not like him, laugh at him, or pity him ...But he's definitely a HOFer.. Dude was dominant until people tried to teach him how to play basketball lol ..

No doubt but he fell off hard very early, like when he was 27.....it might be injuries.

And mentally he was not the toughest.

True.. but if Ben Wallace can make it to the HOF, he damn sure should.. He had a dominant run that can't be ignored

That is why I don't mind him but don't want the BBall HOF to be cluttered up with freak athletes who are not good at basketball skills.

You could create a special Hall of Fame of Great Athletes with few skills. It is the wrong endorsement for the upcoming generation to focus on athleticism and no real substance.

Dwight was never dominant after the back injury. That was a huge setback for his career.

Easily my favorite non rocket to watch till Jokic. His back injury was a huge bummer, as an undersized guy there was no coming back from that. Best defender i saw in the 2000s.

Ah Ben Wallace, I was not aware, Ben Wallace did not get that much hype unfortunately like Dwight and was not that athletic.

    • Good thing he got inducted.

    • I like Ben, but even when he played, he should have way more clout than he has......quiet around him.
    • The whole Pistons - Bad Boys 2 light .......has had an underwhelming effect on individuality.

he could've been the goatest ever if he could shoot a bit. we've all seen him sink 3s like nothing in practice. if he could just shoot a little bit, like dirk, he would be the goatest.

Look at the HOF it has people worse than Dwight.

Dwight has a lot of accolades. he was an 8x All star, 5x first team, 3 DPOY, Champion, 5x rebounding leader and 2x block leader.

He is also one of the few people who reached Finals without a superstar buddy. He is first ballot easily.
