So how many members of Congress do you think bought the dip? Nothing like a little insider trading to go with your market manipulation. Wonder if any news outlet will report on it after the disclosure reports are filed.

Guy goes to Vegas for 2 days, loses $2k.

He comes home, wife asks how he did.

"Well, the first night I lost 5,000 dollars."

    Wife is angry.

"BUT, the second night, I won the most money I've ever won."

    "How much?"

    "$3,000!!!!"

Wife is ecstatic. Can't wait to jump the husband's bones.

    Interesting way to justify this...

    Cuck fantasies...

I'm an independent, and I'm cool with people blowing two to five grand - if they have it, and if it's their money, but even a gambler shouldn't want to get kicked out of a casino...

I saw a Scott Bassent interview talk about ‘Compensate the Losers’ strategy. Had no idea wtf that was about, but it was true.

In corporate parlance, it's Throwing Money at the Problem, and hoping it'll go away.

Which is sad because Biden did reach out to labor. The articles say he was generationally different than Carters, Clintons, and other neo-lib camps.

The bigger issue was that he ruled inside an imperial city, and court Eunuchs like Mayor Pete, Jennifer Granholm (spike in gas prices? FU Loser! Buy electric!), Blinken, and heaven forbid unabashed leftists ran the spotlight.

The uneducated and unwashed ultimately voted him out because of inflation and CoL drops after the Uncle Sam capped the fire hydrant of unlimited money. How ****ed is it to think you're under permanent forbearance or student loan relief only to discover the clock was still ticking a few years later and you were still accruing interest?
The issue in the articles has been that Dems were traditionally the party of the uneducated, and when they courted the smart folk who had fancy degrees and higher incomes, the candidates turned more right leaning.

We get this populist schmuck, but frankly I don't think Kamala or the current rogues gallery of Dems have what it takes to confront China and rebalance an increasingly ****ed world order.

Yeah, it's so entangled with our system that we can't pass clear laws against the things we know are patently wrong or blatant theft. Tech companies incorporating in Ireland. The 2T+ offshore tax money our multinationals are stashing. Pharma doing pharama things. Amazon using its monopoly powers to hollow out brick and mortar. Small biz who uses its storefront get their designs stolen. Amazon increasingly using its private label to cut out middlemen drop shippers. There's always two sides in tech innovation.

Sometimes "disruptive innovation" is more like exploiting loopholes because getting laws changed is a bigger PITA than sending hoardes of gig workers to race to the bottom. At some point, the argument for UBI rears its ugly head, but that's not what "the dummies" want. They want meaning and solid tangible proof of their work.

I saw this posted yesterday - if I'm China, might as well just invade Taiwan right now? What's Trump going to do, issue eocnomic sanctions? You can't get much worse than 100% tariffs, and the rest of the world is already dedollarizing.

That's the scale of failure and disaster that Trump, Musk, MAGA are unleashing, it's a bunch of overlappign crises that make each one worse, US destroys its research base and its educational system and its tax base and social security and its banking & financiual system and its economy and its alliances and its state capacity and rule of law

It's all a series of polycrises on top of each other.

AND IT'S ALL VOLUNTARY - this is ****ing madness. **** anybody who ever voted for this, even once.

Deport all Canadian grifters. Kevin O'leary, Jordan Peterson.... and not to Canada but to the El Salvadorian labor camp.

    Canada isn't sending their best.

What it looks like to be wrong on every issue AND have no emotional control. Yowza!

China isn’t going to push up on Trump like so many countries did to Biden. Trump is feared. Biden was not… and the botched departure from Afghanistan took away deterrence threat. Trump has restored it.

Your other huge failure in thinking is the idea that the federal government is not only the best organization to handle certain functions, but the ONLY organization to be able to handle them. Very immature thinking.

    GOOD DAY

O`Leary is saying there should be a 400% tariff on China LOL  Mr Wonderful is Mr Stupid.

Since when does the good ole USA play the victim in all of this, we just let everyone screw us and we did nothing about it? We negotiated with these countries, if it was a bad deal then go RENEGOTIATE, you can then use tariff's as a threat on a case-by-case basis. Stop acting like this was all done to screw the BIG BAD USA.

And stop gaslighting the Dairy deal with Canada and going around saying they charge 250-390% tariffs WHICH TRUMP signed in 2018..........you don't pay that until you go after the cap. It's just typical trump and his admin who lie to gaslight folks who will not research the truth.........................again trump signed it, so if it's not good now NEGOTIATE
