Listen to him speak now - he can't complete sentences.

It's really really bad. He is absolutely incoherent and is surrounded by nutjobs & enablers. And they're doing permanent damage that courts & Congress or even elections can't fix

I knew Trump 2 would be a disaster but even I am shocked & scared by the speed of self immolation and national suicide

Could you imagine if any other admin cheered on a treasury sell-off? Like imagine if Biden/Obama cheered on countries dumping the dollar?

I just cant believe what's happening. The world's biggest dipshits claimed Harris had no policy and thus Trump would be amazing for the economy. It's unreal whats happening

    • The European Commission, the bloc’s executive arm, said duties would start being collected from April 15. The response package was unveiled last month targeting a range of goods.
    • The 27-nation bloc had warned it would act to protect European business and consumers after U.S. President Donald Trump imposed 25% duties on the metals.

There’s always a recession with a GOP president but never this quickly and single handedly. All for an “experiment” to force manufacturing back that isn’t going to happen. A Great Leap Backward.

while the "right" is cheerleading the US Economic Apocalypse ... if only the "left" would save us. When/if the left does not save us, well, there will be a reckoning for the left. The American voters will punish the left yet again.

This is a great characterization. It's what MAGA always promised: a leap backward. But, because it is led by the embodiment of Baby Boomer id, it has no understanding of what enabled that greatness to begin with.

Trump 2.0 really is something: the death rattle of an older generation who doesn't get why they once had it so good and a younger generation that is rightfully angry they never had a chance. The common thread is they both want to burn it down for reasons they don't understand.

Going forward, we can refer to this as ... Trump's Great Leap Backwards to 1880 ... I hear that it will be legendary ... in a good way.

Not to worry. Word on The Street is that Mexico is going to pay for it.

I think many in the core MAGA movement have no direct exposure to either financial markets nor luxury goods like iPhones, flatscreen TVs, or coffee.

They’re just being inflated to death and as a consequence don’t give a **** if the financial market fails.

Yeah, the stock market doesn't impact many of them. They live downstream of Wall Street and won't get really mad until they're either fired or the price of consumer goods skyrockets. We're buying pre-tariffed goods at the moment, but the shock is coming.

Even with the tariffs the Chinese stuff is cheaper. How do you compete, make it 400%?

Wall street can be successful without Main Street. But Main Street can’t be successful if Wall Street is not successful because we are a post-agrarian capitalist society.

We don’t have the farmers to fill the proposed factories like we did from 1870 and on. The wealth gains aren’t happening again.

This is the dip **** that was taking money from Russian government sources.

The fact that this guy still has followers and a presence at all shows just how bad and out of touch this stuff has gotten.

I recently read that Trump brought back Loomer, which is what he does when he wants to cause internal chaos.
