Rockets -- Road to Western Con Finals 2025 -- Poll/updates

The Playoffs are Best of 7 and i wrote that before: There is no Team who can beat the Rockets easy in a Best of 7! Every game is very hard for the Teams to play against the Rockets! The effort what the Teams must give is so much and i think there is not much Teams who can fight over 7 games against the Rockets! I believe that this Team can win the Championship this year!

 

We are absolutely a contender and could win it all if everything goes right. We are 7-3 vs the other top-5 teams in the NBA thus far. We can beat anyone.

The Rockets play a relentless, physical game that I think will work in our favor in the playoffs. Amen is an emerging superstar and is already receiving respect from the officials. We are already winning clutch games at the 2nd-highest percentage in the NBA. Sengun, FVV and Amen and Jalen can all create a shot when needed at the end of games.

Others have said that we're too young to win but that's not a real impediment. Teams this young are almost never this good. Any team this good can contend. In fact, we should actually improve as the season goes on as our young guys continue to figure everything out. We also simply have better athletes than every other team in the NBA.

The Rockets have their flaws but so does every other team in the West except for perhaps the Thunder (when healthy). I would prefer to add some shooting at the deadline. Nevertheless, we can beat anyone. We have proven that by literally beating every other contender this season.

I think we might catch a break and all of our opponents will get hit with the injury bug come playoff time. We could have a cakewalk to the championship. It could happen.

We can beat any team in the West, except for the Lakers. The NBA simply won’t let us beat them in the playoffs. Follow the money. There are only two teams they will even remotely think about letting beat the Lakers: GSW and Clippers. West coast money rules. In the finals, it doesn’t matter who wins as long as the West Coast is in.

 

Three of the last 6 champions were Toronto, Milwaukee, and Denver. But by all means, keep up the conspiracy theories with zero logic or factual support. If the NBA is rigging the lottery and the Finals to get the biggest markets the biggest stars and championships, they are doing an incredibly shitty job of it ... yet despite that incompetence, they are apparently expert enough to keep it all perfectly quiet.
