OK, I have a problem with this — Hakeem with Wemby

LOL. Hakeem has a very expensive big man school I am sure he wouldnt mind having Wemby as a client. He has taught Kobe, Sengun, Lebron, Amare, Giannis etc

That's not THAT interesting tbh, they're both really lanky. Guaranteed they had very little choice growing up in a football/soccer environment where the short, zippy kids always manage to get put at center forward/striker. I grew up tall (rugby and basketball player) and I was guaranteed every time to get picked in PE to be the goalie haha.

 

At the time the Rockets seemed like a dumpster fire of an organization. Silas was trash, KPJ drama, etc., but yeah luckily Fertitz wasn’t playin around and righted the ship.

 

Hakeem was just telling him about the old days when teams weren't putting up 80 3-pointers a game.

 

He trained Kobe and Lebron so this is no different if that’s what he will be doing

 

Personally I love seeing Hakeem remain relevant and idolized by the next generation of stars. He will always be our treasure. Seeing him in a Raptors jersey bothered me infinitely more than this. I actually quite like this.
