Matt's tweet is ironic because I had the misfortune of watching The Golden State broadcast and had to mute them.

When Draymond elbowed Sengun they lost their minds about how it was a normal shooting motion. Would they have said the same if it was Dillon Brooks giving the elbow?

The fact that Draymond was allowed to finish the game by that officiating crew is inexcusable and should be investigated, but of course it won't be because the NBA has allowed for favoritism in the league for years. You put a Dillon Brooks jersey on and pull that **** and you'd get kicked out three times. (Although Dillon probably did get away with a technical on that dunk where he hung on the rim!)

 

Just catching up with the game tape now. The Warriors announcers were fixated on the idea that "windup" means swinging your arm. Which is usually how it works. But in this case, if you watch Draymond's whole motion from the time he catches the ball, the propulsion is in his legs. He has a play going upward to put the ball off the backboard, but instead he propels himself directly into Sengun, leading with his elbow to Sengun's face. The unnatural motion isn't in the arms. It's in the legs, with the elbow as his weapon.

In Secaucus they can check all the camera angles. And in this case, the angle perpendicular to the baseline gives Draymond away.

 

If Fvv can get his head out of A**.... we can take this to the next level.
