You're also a massive casual Rockets fan with this take... Cp3 was a shell of himself throughout the 2019 season and in the offs he had the worse playoff series of his career up to that point... He struggled to beat bigs off the dribble after exploiting them routinely in 2018.

Harden performed very well overall against the Lakers in 2020... Russ his costar that just returned from injury unfortunately was completely garbage.

Against the Spurs in 2017 we weren't supposed to win that series... And he was horrible in that game 6... He also was the primary reason that was even a series to begin with and why we won the two games we did.

In 31 minutes last night, James Harden produced 29 points, 14 assists, 7 rebounds, and 1 steal on 52.6 percent shooting.

So I'm gonna explain it to you like you know nothing since you essentially don't.
In every single series.... Going into it there's a team that's the favorite due to either being the higher seed, possessing more talent, etc... These are the teams that are expected to win and yes are also predicted to win by a consensus unless the series is viewed as a toss up, then usually the team with HCA is considered the favorite.... And usually in basketball that's also the team that wins the vast majority of the time barring injury.

Of course it's possible to overcome and beat a team that you're not favored to beat in route to a ship, but even that is incredibly rare... And the teams that have done usually have a ton of luck or fortune go their way... it's not simply down to one singular superstar player's performance.

Harden was far and away our best player in that series and it wasn't remotely close... so if he "didn't do ****", then the Rockets were clearly the worse team and you have an irrational mentality... Sorry bruh

Bruhhh it was never close after we won the first game. Harden had 36 assists to 23 turnovers. In that series. That’s a 1.56 Assist : TO ratio. That is absolutely fcking pathetic for a ball dominant point guard. There’s a reason why we lost that series 4-1.

That elimination game you’re hanging on to oh so dearly. We lost that game by 23 points. Harden had 4 turnovers in the first half alone. The game was never close. Harden just did what he always does… pad his stats in garbage time.

Then he threw a b**** fit and quit after the series. It’s been over 4 years, we’re much better off without him and yet you’re still lickin his nuts.

 

You likely didn’t watch the game or understood what you watched. For starters he coughed up 5 TO’s in game 2 resulting in 10 pts the other way. Also he gave up several points to guys like Caruso, Morris, and AD by simply not boxing out, missing assignments, or not rotating when he was supposed to. That’s a losing effort. He did this throughout the series and his career. Lazy no effort defense. But you don’t know nothing about that do you? Let’s not forget that terrible game 6. Also 5 plus TO’s game 6 and 7 resulted in multiple points the other way. That’s KPJ losing basketball.
