EARLY WARNING: Jalen Green WILL NOT play well with 2 non-shooters on the floor

according to nba.com Adams Sengun green trio has had an offensive rating of 123.6 and a net rating of 22.5 in 91 minutes. Green can’t be doing that bad.

So far the double big seems to work out well and although your arguments can be correct, green seems to benefit from it in ways you didn’t envision.

In a spirit of comity, I think we can all agree that Jalen Green will play well on nights when Amen Thompson and Jae'Sean Tate hit 5 of their 6 threes.

 

You may be right. I just pulled up general stats to give an idea and this may miss details. That’s why you should get the stats and it will make your argument much more plausible if the data aligns with what you’re saying.

let me remind you again as I posted this several times and because you don't like reading:

 

The game against OKC supports your claim. 4 of 6 Jalen's FG's with the double big lineup were jumpers with 3 of those mid-range jumpers and 1x 3 pointer.

But what I liked was he was aggressive in getting into the paint and Udoka drew up sets to create driving lanes for him.

He came off a simple Sengun Screen on the left wing with 3 Rockets stacked weak side. Had a wide open lane and forced Chet to help. Didn't get the bucket but Adams almost got the rebound and Rockets retained possession.




Williams closed out and he drove into Chet and Hartenstein and got the bucket.


Came off a Sengun DHO at the elbow. Attacked Chet and missed but should have been called a foul but Adams put back scored.

 

This thread reads as a plea for people not to be mad at Jalen when(not if) he sucks in the playoffs.
