But the thing is thats not really any different from what Fox did before. In fact Lavine is more efficient since he is an above 40% 3 pt shooter.
Hoping for eastern conference teams that aren't CLE/BOS is just so frustrating. Heat and Bulls need to grab a couple of wins, please!
Yeah, watching the Rockets play against the Lakers or the Warriors is just too stressful for me. I might break a TV set or two because of all the officiating garbage, b****ing by LeBron, Luka, Draymond, etc... All the playoffs teams in the West are hard to beat. The matchup doesn't really matter to me. I just want to see the Lakers and the Warriors lose as fast as possible.
I definitely don't want to face the Nuggets. Y'all are really underestimating the strength of their starting lineup. Murray and MPJ are above-average starters and Braun and Gordon are starting-caliber. They will have by far the best player in every game, assuming Jokic is healthy, and honestly they might have the second-best too. Murray is really, really good, right around the level of our best guys, and he always turns it on for the playoffs. I would much rather face MIN, MEM, LAC. Teams I'd love to avoid before the WCF include OKC, GSW, LAL, DEN. It will depend on how the standings shake out of course.
I definitely think the Nuggets are good and can't be underestimated. I just enjoy watching us play anyone other than LAL and GSW (you can add OKC, but that's two rounds down the road) because it's INFURIATING watching us get hoed by the officials. It's almost impossible to watch and enjoy.
I get Murray just tore apart the Rockets in a game without Jokic when nearly every Rocket laid an egg. That said. Porter and Gordon are now chumps.Murray and Braun are fine players, but the only reason at all to fear Denver is Jokic. From the link you provided, Murray's efficiency last year was the difference between FVV and Amen. Sure he scored 20 points a game, but I don't want sub-FVV efficiency scoring 20 ppg. Really, FVV's only saving grace about his scoring efficiency is that he doesn't try to score much.
MPJ has career highs in FG%, points, and assists this season--he's averaging 18, 7, and 2 on 50% / 40% shooting. I don't think much of his defense, he should be a lot better given his length and mobility, but he's still a very good offensive player. Gordon has come down from his peak and is no longer to be feared, but he's still a solid player.
They’re both playing semi decent down the stretch. If they lose at least it won’t be for lack of trying
Bradley Beal made 1 point in 30 minutes. He will make 53,7 million next year, and he has a player option for 57,1 million in 26-27. Suns future not looking good
With the success of the Double Big lineup the priority should be to get a shot blocking, screen setting, rebounding center who we can groom to be Adams' replacement. My first option is Khaman Maluach, I think he is Time Lord without the injury issues. To other teams he is just a more talented Clint Capela, but with a coach like Ime this is like giving Dennis Rodman to Thibs. I wouldnt mind trading up using Cam and maybe even one of the PHx resources to get him. The second guy I want is Thomas Sorber. He isnt as athletic and lengthy as Maluach, but he still pretty decent. He has a high bball IQ and has some passing skills. If Maluach is a rich man's CC then Sorber is CC with passing skills. Either of them is good imo.
wow. beal i bet will eventually be open to being moved because it's going to get quite unfriendly there. the thing is though if they move him they will have to attach assets. which still makes them bad in the long run. they are truly in a no win situation if i have ever seen one in the nba that i can think of.
I am rooting for the bulls and the heat to make it into the playoffs so the other two play-in teams with better regular season records go into the lottery.
