I see what she is doing here, she is just informing the maga sheep that THEY should not worry about their 401K, the lady is rich and her 401K and SS will mean nothing to her. I can't believe people fall for this, the economy is tanking, we have become the bully on the block, and we treat anyone who isn't "on board" as evil, demented and stupid and they hate America. This is how a cult acts, not an American Patriot. When they have the "Kool Aid" line and trump is serving everyone a drink, I am sure they would happily drink it. It`s too bad maga middle-class people are fine helping the 1% while they can't make ends meet with these tariffs.

Why doesn't Tim Cook put his money where his mouth is and make iphones here? Could it be that your $1000 phone will then be $2000. And put that production plant in a red state so the poor can have a Great Mfg Job........I mean, I keep hearing we want great opportunities here, why not start with something easy. While we're at it, Amazon should only sell products that are made in the USA, no more cheap china stuff.......100% American.

What about those closed plants in Michigan, have Elmo open them up and re-tool and make 100% (no more China or Berlin production) of Tesla's in the USA, I don't the EU is really wanting them anyway.

I guess it's OK if you bribe the Prez, if he was on trumps bad side again, I bet trump would make that threat but now that his palms are greased, he will be "nice"

reminds me of how Trump’s Sec of Commerce Howard Lutnick said last week that if his mother-in-law missed a SS payment, she wouldn’t complain and would just hope to get it next month, and anyone who would complain is a fraudster…meanwhile, the vermin is a billionaire who knows damn well his MIL wouldn’t have to rely on some measly SS check unlike vast portions of the populations as he could easily pay for all her needs without a 2nd thought

the way they gaslight the MAGAts is so amusing, but sad at the same time

they say college is scam and education is “liberal ideology”…meanwhile, they all go to prestigious schools and make sure their kids do too…Trump attacks NY saying it’s a city in decay with crime everywhere, so then why tf is Barron Trump going to NYU?

they want their base dumb as rocks (they’ve succeeded) so they can be easily controlled and manipulated

I thought you were a libertarian. You rather vote for someone who introduced the highest taxe rate in history. Unless you are being dishonest and you are not a libertarian.

What's the challenge here? I didn't vote for him regarding tax cuts.
I voted for Musk and most of his cabinet.

Are there any objective benefits to tariffs?

It seems that both sides are being disingenuous.

There are no real libertarians. Just a bunch of people who like to say they are one...but go against it at every turn.

Libertarians should hate what trump is doing in principle, but will likely support them over Harris types even while they reserve votes for libertarian candidates. Maybe that would change if liberals were more liberal with speech and social rights.

Maga is a new political breed and if more factories and real investment pours back into the US, i think democrats will have a lasting problem with younger non-asset accruing generational groups with mostly men and non college educated women.

I also think unless the new Dem politician is under the thrall of pro-china camps, they will continue these policies but with a "smarter and friendlier" gift wrap.

There is a lot of fear and outrage right now. Elections have consequences, but this will prob be your best chance to make noise before the midterms

Yes it does lmao, largely represents the broader economy. But if you want to look at other metrics GDP Growth, Inflation, Employment rate, all projected to go down.

For once can you stop being an idiot.

Trump was right though when he said he would bring prices down. Stock market prices are clear evidence of that

Reminded of me of Dan Patrick saying old people would gladly die of Covid to save the economy for their grandkids.
