Yeah, random off day of a 3 day game series. strange all around. Still better than the next series.....west coast games suck.
Especially vs a RHP. Espada should be picking and choosing his spot starts and never do it vs a RHSP. The problem is that the guys who he should be subbing for: Rodgers, Meyers, McCormick, Pena, or Altuve (if he is at 2b) should never sit vs a LHP. He is just not a good fit as the #1 utility guy in that regard. This team really needs a #1 bench guy who hits RHP.
If there was bad weather (snow) yesterday in Minnesota for their sold-out home opener... they wanted a backup date in case (which would have been today) to ensure those ticket holding fans could have a less disruptive alternative (vs. having a makeup game in late September or something). Its purely for that sold out home opener contingency in areas that usually do experience weather events this time of year.
It feels weird now that the corked bat was/is illegal. I think I was at the game where...was it Billy Hatcher...broke his bat and they found cork in it. If it wasn't Billy H, then I apologize. Whether a corked bat or an altered bat like these bowling pin bats, they are still alterations in my book meant to hit the ball harder and farther. I wrote a letter to Donald Trump asking him to make the playing field level regarding bats that can be used and to ban bowling pin bats. He will write an executive order after I kiss his arse.

Im so sick of these archaic mlb blackout rules. Anybody should be able to watch any games if they pay for MLB. It’s just a f-ing baseball game. Because I live in DFW, I can’t get any astros games due to blackout rules. It didn’t used to be this way. I’m sick of this ****!
Does MLB Extra innings black out the games? If not find a friend with T Mobile and use their login. I deal with this when stros are playing Mets and Yankees.
