What a time to be alive. Now we just have to sit back and enjoy. We are on house money. Easy to play loose with nothing to lose!!
Back in the playoffs for the first time after the Harden era and we may very well end up being the 2 seed. Stone and ime may have faults, as do all our players, but man am I proud of this team and organization for a fantastic year.
It's amazing from the searing hot Saguaros of the Sonoran desert, to the cool blue waters of Lake Tahoe, to the snowy peaks of the Sangre de Cristo mountains - the Southwest BELONGS to these here Houston Rockets -
The best part is, I truly think we’re just getting started. Our best young players ALL have the right attitude and seem to really enjoy playing with each other. This kind of youthful camaraderie and nothing-to-lose vibe reminds me of that first Harden year…with a far more competent coach and far more depth. Sky is the limit. I hope our team soars
2 years ago we could barely win 20 games. Food fights in the locker room, players being late, knife fights at the clubs like we're in a Puerto Rican musical. We done seen it it all.
No more “Head Honcho” no more Christian “I don’t set screens properly because I can’t score as easily if I do” Wood…no more Anthony Lamb or Nix, either. The days of Armoni Brooks, Garry Bird, David Nwaba, as much as I like them, are over. We made it through the longest tunnel we’ve ever had to enter, as Rockets fans. And the future is looking pretty ****ing good!
Ambassador of Italia “Don Fertitta, the Rockets just won 50 games and clinched the playoffs / Midwest Division.”
I predicted 49 wins and a play in position. I'm very happy that the Rockets are in the playoffs. Serious work is needed now. OKC, Clippers, Nuggets, and the Warriors are big threats. They're going to be strong even if they rest a couple of players down the stretch. Go Rockets!
