So I know it's just the Jazz. And I completely love the culture Ime has built. But replacing Fred in the starting lineup with Tari tells me that we don't really have an offensive scheme per se, and that's a problem. Fred's minutes should be going to a guard who can shoot (or shoot well enough relative to our team at least). Replacing Fred, who in theory is our floor general, with Tari, who on offense is the equivalent of a scratch-off ticket, doesn't make any sense.
